Win Romeo and Juliet tickets for you and your plus one!

Come Thursday 10 January, THEART Drama and Shunyifornia brings to Shunyi the beloved Shakespearean play Romeo and Juliet, to be performed by touring theatre company Britain TNT theatre. Directed by Paul Stebbings MBE (anointed for his prolific work in China as a theatrical director), the play promises to remain intact to its origins as it brings the tragic tale to life.

The theatrical play will be held at the Shunyifornia Theatre, and tickets cost 380RMB per person while VIP tickets cost 680RMB per person. There will only be 30 VIP tickets on sale, which includes a backstage tour after the show. 

About TNT Theatre's Romeo and Juliet:

The popular Shakespearean tale is the story of two star-crossed lovers whose families are from feuding clans. Their (spoiler alert!) deaths eventually lead to the reconciliation of their families, which finally brings peace. TNT Theatre Britain has been performing in China for many years now and is known for presenting Shakespeare's major works in a dynamic and exciting way, using live music, powerful choreography and a simple performance style. The troupe aims to also show that in a modern world equally riveted by violence and intolerance, where peace seems as elusive as true love, that this great tragedy is still as relevant today.
