它的花的颜色很特别，是乳黄色的，两朵花像喇叭一样垂下头。它的叶子上有短而粗的毛。它可以分布到很高的海拔。它的花期要到6月中旬，而那正是高海拔的春天。2014年6月14日Solarfe摄于山西忻州五台山。
