这道低温慢炖的进口和牛牛腿肉，是一道完美的冬季分享美味。24小时的香料腌制，使牛肉更加入味；30分钟的炭火烤箱烤制，锁住了牛肉的汁水；48小时的慢火炖煮，使肉质更加柔嫩可口。极力推荐搭配主厨Miguel的家传秘制辣酱一起享用，美味翻倍！

This holiday Migas brings you another delicious dish -- Spanish Style Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Shank! 

Imported Wagyu beef slowed cooked for 48 hours, this is a perfect sharing dish for the cold winter. 

24 hours marinated in herbs and spices, gives the shank rich flavor. 30 mintues roasted in the charcoal oven, locked the jucie inside of meat. 48 hours slow cook, makes the beef incredibly tender. Highly recommend to enjoy together with chef Miguel's family recipe spicy sauce, to double the deliciousness!
