3 Myths of mindfulness: thought, breathing and anxiety
Thoughts observation, breathing and emotional awareness are at the core of the mindfulness practice. Beginners usually start by learning how to remain relaxed as awareness arises from these three practices. Gradually, loving kindness, self-compassion and gratitude bring the depth of mindfulness practice really is about.
In these three videos I share some of misinterpretations of the practice which may even create opposite effects: more anxiety, tiredness, numbness or irritation.
