Workshops

Time: Morning group sessions, weekend workshops and private sessions
Severin Berz has been with the Beijing Mindfulness Centre from the very beginning. Originally from Switzerland, he is the founder of the studio Therapie where he delivers group and individual sessions. With the deep interest in how to align mind, body and emotions for awareness of how energy released from inner states and relational dynamics impacts our behaviors. In January and February, we are proudly hosting Severin in a series of classes and workshops.

Time: 9:30am to 6pm
Module 2 is designed to bring your NVC skills to the next level, to the art of dancing in the moment, flowing from empathetic listening to honest expression, fully aware of yourself, and open to a mindful dialogue.
Weekly classes
At the beginning of every week, we gather to clear the stress of the day and set the tone for the week ahead. Curiosity, positivity, presence, acceptance and compassionate self-observation guide us through the maze of external pressures and emotional responses, all that it takes is to calm your mind and notice - there are no ordinary moments. Every session is shaped by the group. Bring your topics and receive support from the community and the coach. Facilitated by Dalida Turkovic.
The Mindful Mother class provides a safe space for sharing and learning how to implement mindfulness in her role as a mother, a partner and a professional. Through the complexity of her roles, she needs to think on her feet, bring love and kindness in her interactions and yet be mindful of her own needs. Mothers, this class is meant to give you space to put yourself first and find resilience in the present moment. Facilitated by Dalida Turkovic.
[NEW SUPPORT GROUP]
Starting date: 18th of January
In a big city like Beijing, it can be very easy to feel isolated. A support group for teachers is aimed to help teachers to connect with people who have similar struggles, sharing best self-care practices, supporting each other towards emotional growth, empowerment, and a sense of well-being overall. The session is facilitated by Julia Feste, Montessori educator and NVC trainer & coach.
