The 6 New Emojis and what they Mean

• As you might have noticed, WeChat recently released 6 new emojis.

• This new rollout has gone viral on Weibo as Chinese users praise WeChat for the new emojis that are more relevant to today's modern conversations and help to express complex emotions more vividly!

If you haven’t updated your WeChat or taken a look at your chats yet, here are the 6 new emojis you’ll be able to use now (or soon enough):


 Emoji list and meaning: 


[Broken 裂开]




[LetMeSee 让我看一眼]


This emoji resembles the fifth elder brother Yongqi in a TV series called Huan Zhu Ge Ge.





[Hurt/ bitterness 苦涩]



[Well done! Cool! Awesome! 666]




[Sigh 叹气]




 [Roll eyes/ Boring 翻白眼]




To access these new emoji's you just have to use the emoji feature on WeChat as you always do, just make sure that you have updated the app to the latest version or otherwise they won't be available.
