• Compared with the Chinese version of 12306.cn, the English version has been simplified in terms of functions, and services such as mileage program, catering service and tourism information sections are not opened.

Available Time of Ticket Booking：
Services are provided on 12306.cn from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Chinese Standard Time) every day.
Information to Be Submitted for Registration：
The English version of 12606.cn only supports the registration of holders with a valid foreign passport, with 9 items to be provided, including the nationality, name, passport number, passport expiration date, date of birth, gender, username, password and email address.
Payments Method
Domestic: Major banks, Alipay, WeChat
International: VISA、MasterCard、JCB、Diners
Tickets are displayed and transacted at RMB prices, and international card payments are completed through the Bank of China.
Available Services
Totally 7 services are provided by the English version of 12306.cn website now, namely registration, login, one-way ticket purchase, endorsement, change of destination, refund and the order query.
