近日，北京搜车网科技有限公司（以下简称“大搜车”）宣布其完成了对北京车行一六八信息技术有限公司（以下简称“车行168”）的全资收购。
大搜车是中国领先的汽车交易服务供应商，为汽车经销商提供软件、金融、交易及营销等一站式服务。车行168是一家新车交易服务平台，为4S店、进口车商及新车二网提供批发、采购、物流、供应链金融等服务。

AnJie Advised on Souche’s Acquisition of Chehang 168
Recently, Beijing Souche.com Technology Co., Ltd. (“Souche”) announced it had acquired 100% equity interests of Beijing Chehang 168 Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chehang 168”).
As a leading automobile trading service provider in China, Souche provides a one-stop service for car dealers including software, financing, trading and sales. Chehang 168 is operation a platform for new car trading, provides batch sales, procurement, supply chain financing for dealerships, imported-vehicle merchants and tier-two network merchants.
The AnJie team for this acquisition was led by Cai Hang and assisted by Zhang Yin, Chen Dalun and Chen Dan at Shanghai office.
