徐娟律师，毕业于华东政法大学，法律硕士。2017 年加入北京观韬中茂（上海）律师事务所家事团队。

Ms Xu Juan , graduating from East China University Political Science and Law, joined the family lawyers’ group in Guantao (SH) law firm in 2017.

徐娟律师有多年国企法务主管工作经验，对公司法律事务、公司治理、商标管理、版权运营有丰富经验。

Ms Xu has abundant experience in company law affairs, corporate governance, trademark management, copyright operation after working in state-owned enterprise as the legal supervisor.
