Patrick’s detailed description of his sci-fi setting paints a vivid picture for his reader, allowing them to put themselves in the characters’ position, and forcing them to consider whether they would have the courage and integrity to stand up for what in right in the face of overwhelming odds.

《伪装者：三星的陨落》是Patrick“The Maskers”系列作品的第二本书。在这部作品里，Patrick再次带领读者回到那个企图把所有人都同化成一的世界。在那里，我们的英雄继续他们的间谍潜伏任务，但同时遇上了违背他们道德价值观的事件。

Martina’s hero is Jessica, a girl with a video game addiction that has taken over her life. When faced with an iPad ban imposed by her friend Frank, Jessica soon discovers that gaming was only filling a void left by her absent parents, inspiring her to reconnect with her family and show that there are far more important things in life than video games. With imaginative writing and creative illustrations, Martina shares a vital and timely lesson with her readers.

Drawing upon her own personal experience, Diamond tells the tale of a child facing the dreaded situation of being the new kid, bravely confronting bullying and the difficulty of making new friends, imploring readers to be true to themselves. To Be Yourself also features Diamond’s wonderful artwork, with illustrations that symbolize and compliment the story’s progression. It takes great courage to write about one’s own experiences, and when done honestly in a heartfelt way, as Diamond has here, the result is an insightful and moving story.

In Island Campaign, Rachael’s main character Edward undergoes an incredible transformation. As a spoiled child who relies entirely on his parents, Edward is forced to face the dangers of a remote island, which requires him to discover his own resourcefulness and learn the importance of teamwork and friendship. With snappy, character building dialogue, readers are treated to a story of redemption and growth as Edward overcomes his flaws to discover a more meaningful way of living.

在《岛屿战役》中，Rachael创作的主角爱德华（Edward）经历了令人难以置信的转变。

作为一个被宠坏的孩子，爱德华极度依赖父母，却被迫要面对在一个偏远岛屿上生存的重重危险。但这段经历这让爱德华得以发掘自己的聪明才智，并了解团队合作和友谊的重要性。最后爱德华克服了自己的缺点，发现了如何更有意义地生活。

The story is a careful consideration of the meanings of love and regret. Lucy has brilliantly complimented the cleverly repetitious story structure with a single, evolving image throughout. Lucy shares her view of the complexities and depths of our most cherished relationships.

With revolutionary zeal, her main character Corgi leads a rebellion against the cats, allying the puppies with birds, fish and a helpful human friend, to cast off their chains and free their school. With imaginative illustrations and a good dose of humor, Lucia issues a warning to both nasty cats and inhumane teachers.

In a magical turn, Tiffany is taken down the other worldly Owner’s Tunnel where human’s have pet masters and are forced to live life from the perspective of their pet. With her playful illustrations and clear moral, Ann has built on the success of her previous Storyberry winning story in delivering a fable with a strong moral message.

In A Chocolate Fight in the Solar System, Cici does some excellent science-fiction world building. She describes a future in which our planet is populated by highly intelligent cats who rely on the Super Cat Group for protection. The hero's of the Super Cat Group defend Earth from the invasion of alien cats from Uranus and their dreaded chocolate canons. Cici combines many of her interests into one action-packed story.

在《太阳系中的巧克力大战》这部作品中，Cici为我们搭建了一个精彩绝伦的科幻世界。在她的描述中，未来我们的星球上住着的都是极聪明的猫咪们（那时地球上没有人类），它们受到“超级猫集团”的保护。“超级猫集团”的英雄们为保护地球免遭来自天王星的外星猫和它们可怕的巧克力炮弹的攻击，展开了一场大战。Cici在这本充满动感的作品中，融入了她个人的许多兴趣爱好。
