2018年11月22日12时15分，辽宁省葫芦岛市建昌县第二小学门前发生一男子驾车冲撞过路人群案件，造成5名未成年人死亡、19人受伤。
经公安机关侦查，犯罪嫌疑人韩某华，男，29岁，建昌县人，无业。该人性格内向偏执，心胸狭窄，近期因夫妻矛盾，轻生厌世，产生极端思想，采取驾车冲撞方式，随机选择作案目标，导致案件发生。
