国务院联防联控机制发布，国药集团中国生物新冠灭活疫苗已获得国家药监局批准附条件上市。China’s Medical Products Administration granted conditional marketing authorization to a COVID-19 vaccine developed by Sinopharm.

【31省区市新增确诊27例 北京提倡在京过年】
12月28日0—24时，31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例27例，其中境外输入病例12例，本土病例15例。The Chinese mainland on December 28 reported 27 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 15 locally transmitted cases and 12 arriving from outside the mainland.
其中， 辽宁新增本土确诊8例，北京新增7例本土确诊病例。Eight of the locally transmitted cases were reported in Liaoning Province in northeast China, while seven were reported in Beijing.
无新增疑似病例或新增死亡病例。No new suspected cases or deaths related to the disease were reported.

至此，我国共有42个非物质文化遗产项目列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录（册），居世界第一。The inclusion of Tai Chi marks that currently China has 42 intangible cultural heritage items on the list, ranking first in the world.
我国与马来西亚联合申报的“送王船——有关人与海洋可持续联系的仪式及相关实践”项目也被列入名录。Another honored entry is "Wangchuan ceremony and related practices for maintaining the sustainable connection between man and the ocean," which was nominated by China together with Malaysia.

累计境外输入确诊病例4061例，累计治愈出院病例3795例，无死亡病例。A total of 4,061 imported cases had been reported on the Chinese mainland. Among them, 3,795 had been discharged from hospitals following recovery. No deaths had been reported among the imported cases.
