Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Baiyun District (No. 60)

根据疫情防控工作需要，经研究，决定在全区范围内加强社会面疫情防控相关措施。现将有关事项通告如下：

In accordance with COVID-19 control and prevention requirements, Baiyun District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center made the decision to strengthen COVID-19 control and prevention measures as follows:

一、2022年10月19日9时起在全区范围内启动全员核酸检测，请广大市民朋友按照所在镇（街）、村（社区）通知，分时段参加核酸检测并做好个人防护，做到“应检必检，不漏一人”。1. A district-wide PCR testing shall be conducted on all residents and visitors in Baiyun District starting from 9:00 October 19, 2022. Please follow the notification of your town (subdistrict) or your village (community) committee and get tested in your allocated time slots, and practice proper personal protection. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual.二、所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。2. Dine-in services of catering service providers (including drinks shops, snack shops and breakfast shops) are suspended. They must only provide food takeout and online or telephone delivery service.三、娱乐场所（KTV、卡拉OK、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、电影院、室内游泳馆、剧院、酒吧、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、足浴店、美容按摩院、美发店、洗浴中心、室内景点、图书馆、博物馆等密闭半密闭场所暂停营业。3. Entertainment venues (KTV, karaoke bars, ballrooms, and game halls), all the enclosed and semi-enclosed venues including cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theatres, bars, gyms, internet bars, billiards halls, chess and poker rooms, mahjong rooms, escape game rooms, foot massage centers, beauty & massage salons, hair salons, bath centers, indoor attractions, libraries and museums shall suspend operations.四、校外培训机构暂停线下教学，托育、托管机构暂停服务。各中小学校、幼儿园加强对教职员工、学生及相关人员的健康管理，暂停举办各类聚集性活动。4. All training institutions shall suspend offline teaching, and nursery and childcare institutions shall suspend their services. All kindergartens, primary and middle schools shall strengthen health administration measures for faculty and staff, students and related personnel. Gatherings shall be suspended.五、提倡各单位、企业居家办公。以村（社区）、小区、机团单位、大院、企业、公共场所等为单位，减少人员流动，加强人员出入管理，查验核酸48小时阴性证明，落实测温、扫场所码，督促规范佩戴口罩。5. Companies and institutions are recommended to work from home. Residents are suggested to refrain from traveling. The management of entry and leaving shall be strictly implemented in village (community) committees, residential communities, public institutions, compounds, enterprises, and public venues, including measures such as temperature checks, scanning the venue code with a 48-hour negative PCR result and urging people to wear masks correctly.上述措施从本通告发布之日起实施，后续将根据疫情进展、核酸检测情况以及疫情防控需要及时进行动态调整。Measures in this notification are implemented on the day of promulgation. The containment measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis according to developments in the epidemic situation, results of PCR testing as well as COVID-19 control and prevention requirements.
