Notification of Designating Controlled Areas in Baiyun District

(No. 66)

根据当前疫情防控需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，自2022年10月23日起，我区新增以下高风险区、中风险区和低风险区：

According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Baiyun District, we have designated certain parts of the district as high-, medium- and low-risk areas on October 23, 2022.

一、高风险区（一）新市街：棠涌黄沙岗新村东一巷10、12号。（二）大源街：大源新村南街47、49、51、60号以及大源新村南街四巷1、2号。（三）大源街：田心北路六巷5、7、9号，八巷5、6、7、8、10号。（四）江高镇：双岗村南安二街4、6号，南安二街一巷1、4号。（五）江高镇：双岗村朝阳西七巷2号、3号、6号，双岗东华南街一巷1号。（六）黄石街：石岗西十一巷1、2、3、4、5、6、7号楼，十二巷4号楼。（七）钟落潭镇：马沥南街东一巷1、3号，马沥南街西35号，马沥南街二巷1号。1. High-risk Areas:(1) Xinshi Subdistrict: No. 10 and 12, East 1st Lane, Huangshagang New Village, Tangchong.(2) Dayuan Subdistrict: No. 47, 49, 51, and 60, South Street, Dayuan New Village and No. 1 and 2, Lane 4, South Street, Dayuan New Village.(3) Dayuan Subdistrict: No. 5, 7, and 9, Lane 6; No. 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10, Lane 8, Tianxin North Road.(4) Jianggao Town: No. 4 and 6, Nan'an 2nd Street; No. 1 and 4, Lane 1, Nan'an 2nd Street, Shuanggang Village(5) Jianggao Town: No. 2, 3, and 6, Chaoyang West 7th Lane, Shuanggang Village; No. 1, Lane 1, Donghua South Street, Shuanggang Village.(6) Huangshi Subdistrict: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Lane 11; Building 4, Lane 12, Shigang West.

(7) Zhongluotan Town: No. 1 and 3, East 1st Lane, Malinan Street; No. 35, Malinan Street West; No. 1, Lane 2, Malinan Street.

· 高风险区域实行“足不出户、上门服务”等管理措施。

Residents in high-risk areas are under mandatory home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.

· 高风险区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为中风险区；连续3天无新增感染者降为低风险区。If no new infections are detected in a high-risk area for seven consecutive days, and all residents have completed a round of PCR testing with negative results on the seventh day, it will be adjusted to a medium-risk area; if no new infections are detected for another three consecutive days, it will be adjusted to a low-risk area.二、中风险区（一）新市街：西南段自汇侨路（棠涌黄沙岗东一街2号）至黄沙岗新马路1号（善和连锁药店对面），北至黄沙岗门楼东一巷，西至黄沙岗新马路1号与黄沙岗门楼东一巷的交界处，东自黄沙岗新村东一巷至黄沙岗东街1号105档，东南至欧Park时空广场西部写字楼（除高风险区外）。（二）大源街：大源村4队、5队、7队以及大源山庄（除高风险区域外）。（三）江高镇：双岗村南安二街一巷2、3、6号。（四）江高镇：双岗村第15网格，东至双岗东华南街，西至双岗东华路及东华路1号外围以东区域，北至东华南街三巷，南至双岗朝阳西六巷。（五）黄石街：石岗村百富城以北，西基大街以东，南悦第一社区以南，马务村以西区域。（六）钟落潭镇：马沥村1、2、3社。2.Medium-risk Areas(1) Xinshi Subdistrict: The area encircled by Huiqiao Road (No. 2,  Huangshagang East 1st Street, Tangchong) to No. 1, Huangshagang Xinma Road (opposite to Shanhe Pharmacy) in the southwest; East 1st Lane of Huangshagang Gate Tower in the north; the junction of No.1, Huangshagang Xinma Road and East 1st Lane of Huangshagang Gate Tower in the west; Huangshagang New Village East 1st Lane to Unit 105, No. 1 Huangshagang East Street in the east; and west wing office building of Ou Park Shikong Plaza (excluding high-risk areas) in the southeast.(2) Dayuan Subdistrict: Dayuan Village Teams 4, 5, and 7 and Dayuan Shanzhuang Residential Community (excluding high-risk areas).(3) Jianggao Town: No. 2, 3, and 6, Lane 1, Nan'an 2nd Street, Shuanggang Village.(4) Jianggao Town: Grid 15 of Shuanggang Village: the area encircled by Donghua South Street in the east, Donghua Road and the area east of No. 1 Donghua Road in the west, No. 3 Lane of Donghua South Street in the north, and Chaoyang West 6th Lane in the south.(5) Huangshi Subdistrict: the area encircled by Baifucheng in Shigang Village in the south, Xiji Street in the west, Nanyue No. 1 Community in the north, and Mawu Village in the east.

(6) Zhongluotan Town: Communities No. 1, 2, and 3 of Mali Village.

· 中风险区域实行“人不出区、错峰取物”等管理措施。

Residents in medium-risk Areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.·

· 中风险区内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为低风险区。If no new infections are detected for seven consecutive days in a medium-risk area, and all residents have completed one round of PCR testing with negative results on the seventh day, it will be adjusted to a low-risk area.·三、低风险区（一）新市街黄沙岗全域（除高、中风险区域外）。（二）大源街全域（除高、中风险区域外）。（三）黄石街全域（除高、中风险区域外）。3. Low-risk Areas(1) The entire area of Huangshagang, Xinshi Subdistrict (excluding high- and medium-risk areas).(2) The entire area of Dayuan Subdistrict (excluding high- and medium-risk areas).

(3) The entire area of Huangshi Subdistrict (excluding high- and medium-risk areas).·

  低风险区域实行“个人防护，避免聚集”等防范措施。

Residents in low-risk areas must exercise self-protection and avoid gathering.·
以上区域范围和管控要求将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。中、高风险区域内居民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打24小时暖心服务热线。特此通告。

The above management and control requirements will be adjusted dynamically according to the changing COVID-19 situation. Residents in the medium- and high-risk areas are welcome to call the 24/7 service hotline if they encounter difficulties or need medical attention.
