千万别在英国PSC检查被扣
根据英国海事及海岸救援局（以下简称MCA）每月报告消息，2016年7月，挂靠UK港口范围内的港口因不符合PSC检查要求被滞留了3艘外籍船舶。
英国属于巴黎MoU的一员，另根据欧盟对PSC检查的指令(2009/16/EC 修正案)，MCA需每个月公报一次对外籍船舶的滞留情况。
分别是Malaviya Twenty, Paulin B以及 RSS Cormorant。
另一方面，还有四艘在前几个月被滞留的船舶仍然处于滞留状态。他们分别为Malaviya Seven, Sea Trident, Southern Star 以及 Cien Porciento轮.
直到7月末，除开7月11日一艘船舶整改完毕释放，所以事实上现在共有其他6艘船舶现在处于滞留状态。
7月滞留的3艘船舶中，印度籍的Malaviya Twenty于7月4日在大雅茅斯被滞留。
德国籍的杂货船Paulin B于7月8日同样在大雅茅斯被滞留，但几日后被释放。
另外一艘同样为杂货船的RSS Cormorant于7月27日在波特兰被滞留。
可以看出其实在英国扣船的几率并不是很高，但是一旦被扣，检察官必定要求整改所有缺陷，而从之前的扣船情况来看，整改滞留时间都会较长。
