👊 这次选总统，其实选的是最高院大法官（中英文）
还有很多人对这两个候选人，都不满意。我想说，大选背后，选的是大法官。
大法官 Scalia 去世后，奥巴马急于任命大法官，被共和党控制的国会阻止了：这个空缺的任命，交由新总统。
大法官 Ginsberg 82岁
大法官 Kennedy 79岁
大法官 Breyer 77岁
大法官 Thomas 67岁
至今的数据显示，最高院大法官平均退休或者去世年龄是75岁。
目前看，在未来4-8年内，会有5个法官的位置空缺，需要任命。新总统将有权按照自己的治国理念创造出7-2 保守派vs 自由派 的大法官派别格局。
想想这7-2的悬殊比例。
如果新总统任命5名年轻的大法官，这将左右美国未来40年，影响整整一代人。
而且7-2 的比例，And 7-2 decisions will hold up much more over time than 5-4 decisions which are viewed as lacking in mandate.
希拉里已经明确表示将会利用最高院大法官来修改第二修正案，她认为最高院在Heller 裁决中的立场是错误的：公民的持枪权利，应该被剥夺。句号！！
所有因为对候选人不满意而不取投票的人，请你们认清这一点！
听着：如果希拉里赢了大选并任命了这些大法官，你在你的有生之年将再也看不到保守派在最高法院取得胜利。

300万的保守派，当初给麦凯恩投票，而没有投罗姆尼，不管什么原因，后果大家都看到了。。 奥巴马的第二个4年任期。
最后一点，希拉里早就表示她的同伙，奥巴马会创造一个“伟大”的最高法院（体系）。
你读明白了这句话吗？
你感到阵阵寒意了吗？
我对两个候选人并不热衷，但是我是这样看的：我们的自由，言论自由，宗教自由，持有枪支的自由，哪个候选人会夺取我们的这些自由？
如果我只待在家里不去投票，那是在支持希拉里。Crazy messed up system, but that is what we get as an American voter.
IF you are considering writing in a name or voting 3rd party, America is in JEOPARDY!!
Some people have brought up the fact that they won't vote at all. I just want to put something in perspective.
Justice Scalia's seat is vacant.
Ginsberg is 82 years old
Kennedy is 79
Breyer is 77
Thomas is 67.
Nowadays, the data shows that the average age of a Supreme Court retirement or death occurs after 75.
These are 5 vacancies that will likely come up over the next 4-8 years.
The next President will have the power to potentially create a 7-2 Supreme Court skewed in their ideology.
Think about that 7-2.
If the next President appoints 5 young justices, it will****guarantee control of the Supreme Court for an entire generation.
And 7-2 decisions will hold up much more over time than 5-4 decisions which are viewed as lacking in mandate.
Hillary has made it clear she will use the Supreme Court to go after the 2nd Amendment. She has literally said that the Supreme Court was wrong in its Heller decision stating that the Court should overturn and remove the individual right to keep and bear arms. Period.
Anyone and Everyone who is saying that they won't vote for one candidate or the other , please realize this.
Hear this! If Hillary Clinton wins and gets to make these appointments, you likely will never see another conservative victory at the Supreme Court level for the rest of your life.
Ever.
Trump is the GOP nominee, you must vote GOP...!
Remember Romney?
Three million conservatives who had voted for McCain did not cast a vote for Romney (for whatever reason and the result was four additional years of B.H.O.)
AND ONE FINAL THOUGHT, Hillary''s already on the record as saying that her buddy, B.H.O. "would make a great Supreme Court Justice."
