Head of Treasury Department
Responsibilities:
Manage all financial market trading with ICBC Group and local counterparties. Building relationship with ICBC Group trading centres and other trading teams.

Build relationship with Financial Institutions inside and outside of ICBC Group. Responsible for managing the credit line applications and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures of all corresponding banks according to ICBC Head Office’s requirements through ICBC system.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
Minimum of 10 years' bank treasury experience, a preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in financial market and asset & liability management, and/or at least 5 years of experience in derivative trading, as well as a preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team.
Highly familiar with financial market practices in New Zealand and in China, coupled with strong professional ethics.
Solid understanding of financial markets, products and pricing of New Zealand and China.
Global debt issuance experience preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills with Chinese and New Zealand local counterparties and customers.
Capable of guiding and inspiring the team.
