唐彬女士

唐彬女士被任命为苏州万豪酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的管理和运营工作。 唐彬女士从事酒店行业近二十年，先后在凯悦、新世界、香格里拉及万豪酒店集团下的四座城市、六个酒店品牌、七家酒店任职过。

其中，于2007年正式加入万豪国际集团后，曾任职于上海豫园万丽酒店及上海明捷万丽酒店，积累了丰富的运营及管理经验。履新前唐彬女士于上海绿地万怡酒店担任总经理一职。

唐彬女士对苏州这座城市及整个市场充满了期待，她将秉承万豪国际集团“非凡待客艺术”的服务理念及“以人为本”的商业哲学，同时注入更多的创新措施，为每位宾客带来全新的体验。

Suzhou Marriott Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Lydia Tang as General Manager with effective from September 01, 2016. Ms. Tang will be responsible for running the hotel and overall, day-to-day operations. 

Ms. Tang has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked for a number of leading international hotel brands including Hyatt Regency, Grand New World Hotel, Shangri-La and Marriott among four different cities.

Ms. Tang has joined in Marriott Group since year 2007, served for Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel and Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel. During her venture with Marriott, Ms. Tang has demonstrated her significant leadership throughout these roles. Her most recent position was the General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Jiading.

Ms. Tang looks forward to working in Suzhou and its dynamic market. She will ensure this hotel operates within brand guidelines, always put people first and bring more innovations, to enabling our guests to Travel Brilliantly. 

李惠贞女士

李惠贞女士Ms. Eva Li被任命为武汉万达威斯汀酒店总经理。来自香港的李惠贞女士，毕业于香港理工大学，获酒店及餐饮管理专业学士学位。她拥有30年的酒店管理经验，尤擅长开业酒店，在不同国家和地区留下过工作足迹。

曾就任于北京半岛集团管理的王府饭店、香港希尔顿酒店、澳门威尼斯人度假酒店、洲际和意大利品牌兰博基尼酒店，并且担任要职，对国际酒店在中国市场的开发及拓展十分熟悉。此前，她在清远狮子湖喜来登酒店担任总经理。

李惠贞女士的工作理念是“做人做事都要勤奋、用心做、态度好。每条路都有艰辛，只要意志坚定、勤奋努力、以诚待人、以理服众，就能领导团队走向成功”。今后李惠贞女士将以其丰富的管理经验和渊博的理论知识，全面负责武汉万达威斯汀酒店的运营管理工作，在商旅、会议及餐饮等方面提供给客人优良服务。

西双版纳万达文华度假酒店正式任命Mr. FrankMueller（穆勒弗兰克先生）为总经理。穆勒弗兰克先生来自德国，有着27年的丰富的国际酒店管理经验。穆勒先生的酒店生涯始于烹饪部门，后多年进行餐饮管理和酒店管理的工作。

穆勒先生曾服务于喜达屋、希尔顿及万豪酒店管理集团，并先后在欧洲、中东及亚洲等多地的奢华酒店及度假村担任管理工作。

多年的豪华酒店管理经验，造就了卢穆勒先生良好的工作习惯。无论是对于自身还是员工，穆勒先生非常关注服务细节，并通过清晰的布局和分工来确保工作的严谨性和实际成果。同时他激励每一位员工都要具有主人翁精神，时刻关注每一位客人的需求。

Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna recently appointed Mr. FrankMueller as Generalmanager.Hailing from Germany, Frank Mueller started his career 27 years ago in Germany. Hebegan working in the culinary departmentand went through Food and Beverage up to Hotel Management. 

After his apprenticeship and Hotel School in Germany Mr. Mueller left Germany andworked in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He workedin various International 5 star City and Resort Hotels with Hotel companiessuch as Starwood, Hilton and Marriott.

Mr.Mueller sets himself high personal standards and has developed a greatattention to detail. He is result driven and uses a methodical approach toachieving tasks and objectives, and sets clear goals and targets to his teamand himself. 

Focus on guest experience is always his first priority. He alwaysencourages the team to pay fullest attention to guests needs and highlightsthat every team member has the role as host, no matter which department. 

In his spare time, Mr. Muellerlikes to travel and discover new destinations, new cultures and food. He enjoysbeing in the nature for a nice hike, all of these are the sources of theinspiration for his work and life.

泉州泉商希尔顿酒店新近任命周祥宇先生为总经理一职。拥有超过20年酒店从业经验的他，累积了丰富的酒店运营管理经验。周祥宇先生将全面负责泉州泉商希尔顿酒店的筹备及开业工作。

从1996年起，他曾就职于香格里拉、万豪、洲际、雅高等国际知名酒店管理集团。多年丰富的国际品牌酒店的开业和管理经验，赋予了周祥宇先生非凡的领导力、洞察力以及对国际酒店行业的独到见解。此次泉州泉商希尔顿酒店的工作任命是他职业生涯第七次酒店开业筹备的经历。

Hilton Quanzhou Riverside announced the appointment of Mr. Anthony Zhou as General Manager. Having accumulated the rich experience of hospitality operation and management more than 20 years, he will be entirely responsible for the pre-opening work in Hilton Quanzhou Riverside.

From 1996, Mr. Anthony Zhou has worked in few international hotel groups, including Shangri-La, Marriott, InterContinental & Accor. These experiences gave him the extraordinary leadership and insight in hospitality. Before join Hilton Quanzhou Riverside, Mr. Anthony was General Manager in DoubleTree by Hilton Putian. Hilton Quanzhou riverside will be the seventh pre-opening hotel involved during his career. 

On his new appointment, Mr.Anthony Zhou said: “It’s my honor to join the Hilton Quanzhou Riverside. Thisis my second pre-opening hotel in Hilton family. 赵宇弢先生

江阴长晟温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店正式任命赵宇弢先生为总经理，全面负责江苏省首家温德姆集团旗下国际奢华五星级标准的温德姆至尊豪廷品牌酒店的管理及运营工作。

赵宇弢先生拥有20余年丰富的国际品牌酒店运营经历及服务管理经验，曾在万豪、香格里拉、希尔顿等各大知名国际酒店集团担任重要职位。在被任命为江阴长晟温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店总经理之前，赵宇弢先生一直担任温德姆集团大中华区(香港)有限公司运营总监一职，主要负责公司旗下多家高星级酒店的运营管理，以及全中国区温德姆至尊豪廷及豪生品牌酒店的餐饮运营管理。

艾蒂安先生被杭州城中香格里拉大酒店任命为行政副总经理。艾蒂安先生拥有10余年的米其林餐厅管理经验以及20年的酒店管理经验，精通法语、英语、德语三国语言。

自1986年投身酒店行业开始，他相继服务于洲际、索菲特、文华东方以及香格里拉等世界顶级酒店品牌，在德国、瑞士、科威特、迪拜、埃及、巴林、赞比亚和中国等地都留下了工作的足迹。

艾蒂安先生于2016年7月加入杭州城中香格里拉大酒店，在此之前他曾担任北京国贸大酒店餐饮总监。他将倾注自己多年来的管理经验，带领团队创造辉煌。

Mr.Etienne Joguinis a hotelier executive with 10 years and 20 years of experience in the Restaurant management and hotel industry. 

Etienne joined the hospitality industry in 1986 and worked throughout his journey with several luxury grand hotels and luxury brands such as Intercontinental,Sofitel, MandarinOriental, Shangri-La in Germany, Switzerland, Kuwait, Dubai, Egypt, Bahrain, Zambia and China. Mr.Joguin was Director of Foodand Beverageat Shangri-La China World Summit Wing Beijing.  

Mr.Etienne Joguin joined Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou in July 2016 and is looking forward to be part of the city and an exciting journey of the hotel.

上海凯宾斯基大酒店正式任命 Mr. Bechara为酒店驻店经理，全面负责酒店的管理和运营工作。加入上海凯宾斯基大酒店之前，Mr. Bechara服务于上海浦东香格里拉大酒店担任餐饮部总监一职。

Mr. Bechara的服务业生涯始于自己的家乡黎巴嫩，他除了会说阿拉伯语以外还精通英语和法语。他着力于酒店餐饮事业，先后服务于立鼎世酒店集团的澳大利亚范思哲豪华度假酒店，柯兹纳国际位于迪拜的 One & Only。2008年他加入了香格里拉集团，并先后在吉隆坡、北京、深圳等地的香格里拉酒店餐饮部担任重要管理职位。

在过去的几年里他凭着对酒店事业的热情和敬业精神，以及对上海市场的深刻认知，让他成为了这个岗位的最佳人选。我们相信 Mr. Bechara会与团队携手努力提升服务品质，为客人缔造独一无二的难忘体验。

Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai recently appointed Mr. Bechara Sader as Hotel manager, responsible for the management and operation of the whole hotel. He worked for Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai as Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage before he joined Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai.

Mr. Bechara is a native Lebanese and speaks apart from Arabic, fluently English and French. He began his career in culinary and banquet service from 1997 in Lebanon, and developed his career in gathering experience mostly in Food & Beverage in fine properties like Palazzo Versace ( LHW ) in Australia, One & Only Royal Mirage ( LHW ) in Dubai, and joined Shangri-La Beijing in 2008, and transferred within Shangri-La to Kuala Lumpur, Shenzhen, and last Shanghai.

 Mr. Bechara has demonstrated his talent, passion and professionalism over the past years, and with his profound knowledge of the Shanghai market, made him an excellent candidate for the Hotel Manager role at the Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai. We are confident that Mr. Bechara will elevate service qualities and enhance their consistency.

上海索菲特海仑宾馆近日正式任命 Gregory Astima 先生为房务总监。Astima 先生的酒店旅程开始于雅高集团，并先后在不同集团酒店任前厅部与客房部经理。

加入上海索菲特海仑宾馆之前，他就职于迪拜喜来登大酒店，任开业筹备期前厅部经理直至酒店开业。逾十年的相关工作为 Astima 先生在房务部日常运营及收益管理方面带来了丰富经验。

这是Astima先生第一次在中国工作，他表示对中国的文化非常感兴趣，也非常开心能够加入到上海索菲特海仑宾馆这个团队，带领房务部接受新的挑战，为客人带来美妙的入住体验。

Recently, Sofitel Shanghai Hyland appointed Mr. Gregory Astima as Director of Rooms. Started from Accor group, he had worked in Front office and Housekeeping for hotels in various international hotel groups.

Before join the management team of Sofitel Shanghai Hyland, he had been the front office manager of Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai since hotel pre-opening. More than 10 year experience in Rooms division brings him the professional knowledge and skills on operation management and revenue management. 

It is the first time for Mr Asima to work in China. He expresses his interesting on Chinese culture and is happy to join Sofitel Shanghai Hyland. He is confident to lead the Rooms division to face new challenge and brings the magnifique experience to every guest.

厦门希尔顿逸林酒店任命李登文先生为运营总监。李登文先生 ( Denny Li ) 拥有16年的五星酒店工作及管理经验，在市场营销战略、客房销售、会议及宴会销售、收益管理、运营协调等方面都有着丰富的经验和独到的见解。

Denny于2014年加入厦门希尔顿逸林酒店担任商务发展部总监，现将担任运营总监一职，负责前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、厨房、工程部、保安部、健身中心等各部门的协调运营工作。

在担任厦门希尔顿逸林酒店运营总监之前，他曾就职于雅高酒店管理集团、洲际酒店管理集团等国际酒店品牌，从销售经理到市场销售总监，他具备熟练而坚实的业务基础，并参与了多家酒店的筹建开业工作。

如今，他将以高效的管理作风及积极地工作热情带领整个运营团队创造更加辉煌的成就。我们相信凭借他对酒店的丰富管理经验和对市场的极高敏锐度，定会引领我们的运营团队继续保持酒店在市场上的领军地位，并带来进一步的提升。

From now on Mr. Denny Li has been appointed Director of Operation of DoubleTree by Hilton Xiamen-Wuyua Bay.  He will be in charge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security Department. He will contribute his expertise to bring a new perspective to his role at our hotel.

Denny Li has 16 years' hotel working experience with Business Development field, he has been worked as Director of Sales and Marketing in InterContinental, Accor international hotel groups…etc. By his strong business operation senses and knowledge, Denny will lead our operation team towards higher success level.

艾文先生

三亚山海天万豪酒店任命艾文先生（Mr. Erwin Sikkenga）为餐饮总监，他将全面酒店的餐饮运营工作。艾文来自荷兰，拥有设备管理和酒店管理双学士学位，具有非常扎实专业的酒店管理知识及十余年的餐饮运营管理经验。

他相继服务于洲际、兰博基尼、万豪等国际酒店集团旗下的多家知名酒店。履新前，他在上海淳大万丽酒店担任餐饮总监一职，同时，他也是万豪国际旗下在上海地区22家酒店的餐饮联合主席，负责领导和协调所有酒店的联合餐饮推广及活动。

艾文是一位高度专注、敬业、对餐饮有独特及深度见解并热爱挑战自我的人。谈及当初选择来中国工作的原因，艾文兴奋地说道：“中国是一个飞速发展的国家，这里的文化，语言对我而言都是全新的；与我的祖国荷兰相比，这里人口众多，酒店行业每日迎接的宾客数量也是十分庞大的。

当问及如何将酒店的餐饮融合本土的文化和食材时，他分享道：“我正在制定一个计划，一个真正让客人足不出户就能体验到三亚美食游的计划。五指山野菜、海南四角豆……这些只在海南才有的本地食材将会被加以更广泛地利用，每个餐厅会根据自己的主题风格创作出独有的融合菜。

另外，得天独厚的地理位置让三亚有着丰富的海洋资源，而来三亚的游客大多将海鲜列为必尝美食。为了满足客人一站式服务，酒店的贡厨餐厅也正计划打造着一个迷你水族馆供食客观赏和现点现食。这在排挡和海鲜市场较常见，但在本地五星级酒店这也将会是一个创新。”

Sanya Marriott Hotel Dadonghai Bay and SYAN Resort, Sanya, Autograph Collection is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Erwin Sikkenga as Cluster Director of Food & Beverage. He will be overseeing the Food & Beverage operation for the both hotel properties. Originating from The Netherlands, Erwin holds a BA Degrees in both Facility Management and International Hospitality Management.

Possesing over 10 years of hospitality industry experience in multiple brands including InterContinental, Lamborghini and Marriott, he was prior to this dual role the Director of Food& Beverage at Renaissance Hotel Pudong, Shanghai. He was also the Chairmanof the Shanghai F&B cluster, leading cluster activities such as the Yao Foundation Black Tie and Chairty Golf events for 22 Marriott properties in Shanghai.

Erwin is highly focused, dedicated, has a unique and deep insight for F&B. He is a person who enjoys challenges. When asked why working in China, Erwin said: "China is a rapidly developing country, the culture, thelanguage, everything here is new, changing and that attracts me; Compared to my motherland, the population here is much large, resulting in the large volume of guests that hotel industry needs to serve daily. A completely different environment and market coupled with unprecedented challenges makes my blood boil. 

With a fighting spirit and striving heart, I resigned from work in The Netherlands back in 2007 and moved to China. After nearly 10 years working and travelling in China, it has become my second home. Now, I decided to come to Sanya and Iam already overwhelmed by the beauty and weather in this tropical paradise. One important reason for my relocation is my desire to service China's first Autograph Collection hotel. In my opinion, a hotel is like a child, you take care of her so that she can grow full of vitality and health."

When being asked how the hotel will infuse local culture and food ingredients to hotel’s dining, he shared: "I am working on a plan which allows guests to experience Sanya’s delicacy while remaining indoors. The Hainan local native ingredients will be used widely. Each restaurant will create a unique blend of dishes according to their own theme.

Furthermore, theunique geographical location of Sanya presents a wealth of marine resources andmost visitors to Sanya will list down seafood as a must to try. In order to provide guests with an all-in-one experience, the hotel's Goji Kitchen is planning to create a mini Aquarium that allows for aesthetic pleasure and also for the diners to choose the ingredients for the chef to cook on the spot. This concept is common in food stalls and seafood markets, but it would be an innovation in a five star hotel. "

季小林女士

重庆万达艾美酒店近日任命季小林女士出任收益管理总监一职，主要负责酒店收益的管理和预测。季小林女士拥有超过10年的酒店收益管理经验，在过去的任职经历中，她先后服务于洲际、索菲特、万豪、希尔顿等国内外知名酒店管理集团旗下的五星级酒店。

她在加入重庆万达艾美酒店之前，曾在南京洲际酒店担任收益管理总监一职。重庆万达艾美酒店相信因为季小林女士的加入，酒店也会越来越好。

广州增城保利皇冠假日酒店正式任命梁慧仪女士为酒店行政助理经理。梁慧仪女士长期在洲际酒店集团旗下皇冠假日品牌酒店担任房务部要职，拥有超过10年酒店房务管理经验。

作为广州增城保利皇冠假日酒店的行政助理经理, 梁慧仪女士将负责协助总经理管理酒店日常事务，提高财务回报，促进员工发展，创造并维护独特的宾客体验，执行皇冠假日品牌标准，提升酒店和品牌在当地的知名度。

Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Zengcheng announced the appointment of Ms. Semmy Liang as Executive Assistant Manager for Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Zengcheng with effect from 21st August 2016.

Semmy serve in the IHG hotel for a long time in important position of Rooms and has more than 10 years Rooms Division Management experiences in Crowne Plaza.

Under her role as Executive Assistant Manager, Semmy Liang will be responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day hotel operations by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. She will report to Hotel General Manager directly.

李清琦女士

北京国贸大酒店任命李清琦女士为市场销售总监。作为该部门总监，她将全面负责推动酒店的整体营销战略，并监督市场销售部的日常运作。

李清琦女士在中国大陆地区的市场销售部门工作超过10年，积累了丰富的经验。她曾在天津瑞吉金融街酒店担任负责酒店市场销售的行政经理一职。

李清琦女士来自台湾，她在市场销售部的工作开始于台北，担任宴会总监一职。随后她开始在国内的一些中心城市包括上海工作，逐步积累更多经验。她第一次担任区域市场销售总监是在广州。

李清琦女士将带领北京国贸大酒店的市场销售团队采取有效的市场行动和指定有针对性的营销策略，协助总经理推动酒店业务，并通过媒体渠道，推动市场传媒的创新公关活动和数字化营销工作。

泰安万达嘉华酒店宣布任命刘海波（ Jim Liu ）先生为泰安万达嘉华酒店市场销售总监。刘海波先生拥有超过13年的国际酒店管理经验，曾在雅高、日航、瑞士等多个国际品牌酒店担任市场销售部管理职务。

海因茨·克伦纳于2016年9月出任北京丽思卡尔顿酒店和北京JW万豪酒店行政总厨。在他的带领下，两家酒店的厨师们将共同为客人带来全新的美食体验。

来自奥地利的海因茨拥有超过20年的烹饪和管理经验，他将领导200多位厨师全面负责两家酒店各个餐厅菜品质量及厨房的运营和管理，同时也将负责送餐及餐饮宴会的运营和管理。

海因茨的职业足迹遍布美国、奥地利、印度尼西亚和中国等地，曾先后任职于凯悦、威斯汀等高端品牌，在加入北京丽思卡尔顿酒店和北京JW万豪酒店之前，海因茨在巴厘岛凯悦酒店担任行政总厨，并对当时的菜品做了创新，组建培养了一支高效的厨师队伍。

从海因茨丰富的履历中可以看到他对烹饪的热爱和执着，他不断创新并且勇于尝试，确保每一道菜的品质新鲜、营养和美味。海因茨从很小的时候就对烹饪充满了热爱，并从那时起就决定把烹饪作为毕生的首选职业。海因茨坚信选择高品质的新鲜食材，呈现出菜品的原汁原味，才是烹饪的最佳境界。

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing and JW Marriott HotelBeijing are pleased to jointly announce the appointment of new Executive ChefHeinz Klenner. He will helm the culinary teams of both hotels to elevate thedining experience for the guests.

Chef Klenner brings over twodecades of experience in culinary world to The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing and JWMarriott Hotel Beijing, which are two leading luxury hotels in Beijing. As thenew Executive Chef, Heinz will lead the culinary team of more than 200 chefs,planning and overseeing the operations of the hotels’ dining outlets andbanquets.

An Austrian native, Chef Klenner has the experienceof heading the kitchen teams of high volume hotels, restaurants and cateringoperations. He has managed the kitchens at various renowned hotels ranging fromWestin, Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt across the United States, Austria, Dubai,Malaysia, Indonesia and China. Chef Klenner joins us from Indonesia, his lastposting was Executive Chef at The Grand Hyatt Bali, where he conductedtremendous changes to all of the Food & Beverage offerings, and establisheda world class culinary team.

Chef Klenner’s dedication to the culinary field isclearly seen from his vast experience. He fell under the spell of cooking froma very early age and has since honed his passion, never settling for secondbest. 

Commenting on the new appointment, ManagingDirector of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing and JW Marriott Hotel Beijing, Mr.Richard Saul said, “I am delighted to have Chef Klenner on board.  宋裕先生被任命为宁波万豪酒店西餐行政总厨，负责酒店西厨的运营与管理。

宋裕先生拥有超过25年丰富的厨房经验，曾效力于洲际酒店集团及上海地区多家高端餐饮场所,多年的工作历练使他对西餐饮食文化透彻的了解，也成就了他富有创意的厨艺。此外，宋裕先生也曾经荣膺某国际知名橄榄油品牌亚洲区的代言人。

Ningbo Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Mr. VincentSong to the Western Executive Chef with immediate effect. In his new capacity,he will be responsible for western kitchen operation and management.

With around 25 years of hospitality experience such as IHG group andother pricey restaurants in Shanghai, Mr. Vincent Song brings a wealth oftalent to his position. He also awarded the impressive endorsement as anambassador of some well-known olive oil brand in Asia.
