Marriott International has announced the appointment of Mr. Jerry Mong as the General Manager of W Xi’an effective since June, 2017. He’s fully in charge of the management of hotel and daily operation.
Jerry Mong is a Taiwanese American and he has worked in multiple renowned international hotel groups in Chicago, Cleveland, Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Singapore and Beijing. AccorHotels Greater China is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Wendy Liu as General Manager of Novotel Nanjing East Suning, effective on March 1st, 2018. She has been engaged in the hotel industry for nearly 27 years. Starting and growing up in Jinling Hotel Group, she has established a solid foundation in Jinling Hospitality and developed a philosophy of warm service.
In 2011, it has been more than 7 years since she joined AccorHotels Greater China and participated in the pre-opening and opening of the Novotel Nanjing East Suning. Her hard work has made her from Director of Rooms to General Manager, fully in charge of the hotel operation. 香格里拉台北远东国际大饭店新任总经理祖睿德(Randy Zupanski)正式走马上任。拥有超过40年资历的祖睿德，学经历丰富，曾在中国、香港、菲律宾、马来西亚、加拿大、美国等地的知名国际饭店服务，对全球市场、尤其是亚洲饭店市场有其独到见解。来台任职前于美国旧金山联合广场威斯汀酒店担任总经理，他表示，很开心再次加入香格里拉酒店集团，并成为台北远东的一员，能与优秀的专业团队一同迎接未来的挑战，深感荣幸，也期能贡献所学与团队激荡出新的火花，带领香格里拉台北远东迈向新的里程碑。

合肥栢景朗廷酒店总经理Christian Rainalter先生出生于奥地利，曾受教于意大利，并获得了瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院酒店及餐饮专业的本科学位。Christian先生作为一名从事酒店行业超过25年的资深管理者，尤其在餐饮和营销两个领域有着丰富的经验，对新的理念及打造优质服务有着创造性的天赋。Christian先生最早在伦敦希尔顿开始了他的职业生涯，起初是从事餐饮方面的工作，2002年，荣升为迪拜希尔顿酒店的营运经理。他曾负责管理酒店餐饮部的各个方面，自2003年至2005年间，连续三年完成酒店总体业务目标。
在希尔顿集团任职十年之后，2006年，Christian先生担任第一家在阿联酋富查伊拉开设的日航度假及温泉酒店的副总经理，而于2008年担任该酒店总经理。在此任职期间，Christian先生凭借他卓越的成就赢得了2009年度“中东最佳酒店”称号。

Originally from Austria, Christian educated in Italy and obtained a Bachelor degree in Hotel & Catering Management at Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland. Christian is a veteran hotelier with more than 25 years of experience in hospitality industry, with a strong background developed in food and beverage, sales and a creative flair for new concepts and quality service delivery systems. He began his early career as a food and beverage professional in London Hilton and rose to become Operations Manager in opening Hilton Dubai Creek in the Middle East in 2002. He was in charge of all aspects of F&B and achieved overall business goals for three consecutive years from 2003 to 2005.
After his tenure of 10 years in Hilton Group, Christian joined as Assistant General Manager of opening the first Nikko Hotel – JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa in the Middle East in 2006 and commenced his first General Manager role of the hotel in 2008. During his tenure, Christian was recognized for his outstanding achievements and won the accolade from influential media as best hotel in Middle East in 2009.
Christian’s last role was the General Manager of Radisson Blu Plaza in Chongqing where he successfully opened the hotel in 5 months in 2012. Under his leadership, the hotel continuously achieved remarkable financial results for five consecutive years, increased the market share for the hotel in Chongqing and acclaimed establishments in the China market. He has been part of the Advisory Committee for the European Chamber in Chongqing since 2013 as well as Vice- Conseiller Gastronomique for the Chaine de Rotisseurs, Chongqing Chapter. Christian firmly believes that a leader is an innovator and motivator who drives results through a committed team for the benefits of all the stakeholders. He is happy to join Langham for the opening of its luxury hotel in Hefei, China.

黄薇陵女士曾担任苏州中心苏州W酒店项目设计总负责以及合景地产主席特助、酒店投资开发总监、园林设计总监等职位。值得一提的是，由她全面负责的苏州中心苏州W酒店项目在保证设计意图与品牌标准的前提下，通过创新的设计方案、开发替代材料、策略整合供应链、协助审核招标文件等策略，累计节省预算近2.8亿人民币。不仅如此，黄薇陵女士在文旅度假产品的开发上也拥有丰富经验，并开发新型商务度假酒店产品：木莲庄都市度假酒店, 通过创造特殊都市绿洲设计风格从而实现 80-90%入住率的提升，成功地打造了高利润品牌。
Ms. Weiling Huang has approximately 20-year experience in real estate projects design and development in multiple cities including Los Angeles, Saint Monica, Hong Kong etc. Experienced in co-developing real estate projects with all kinds of property developers and owners, she is not only an expert in project management, strategy analysis and innovative product development, but also a skillful contract negotiator that can effectively manage and mentor the development team, monitor the construction and procurement process and utilize strategic integration to create high value and high benefit results.
Ms. Huang has been the Consultant to Project Director of Suzhou Center W Suzhou Hotel and the Executive Assistant to Chairman/Director of Hotel Development & Landscape Design of KWG Property etc. It is worth mentioning that in W Suzhou project, she has saved around 28 million RMB through creating innovative design solutions, introducing material substitution and assisting review of intender documents strategies while maintaining the design intents and brand standard. Ms. Huang is experienced in culture, tourism and vacation products development as well and had successfully developed a new business resort hotel product The Mulian Hotel, and the unique urban oasis design style has resulted in over 80-90% occupancy rate and a high profit brand.

李君先生（Mr. Leo Li）于近日被任命为无锡鲁能万豪酒店及无锡鲁能万怡酒店餐饮总监，全面负责酒店餐厅和酒吧的运营管理。
李君先生成长于厨师世家，从小就对烹饪有着极高的热情，至今拥有超过18年的厨房及餐饮服务运营管理经验。李先生曾服务于新昌万怡酒店、上海浦东香格里拉大酒店、上海世贸皇家艾美大酒店等多个国际酒店集团旗下的多家知名酒店。履新前，李君先生于合肥万达威斯汀酒店担任餐饮部副总监一职。凭借着超高的天赋和对美食不懈的追求与探索，李君先生还荣膺了“法国蓝带厨师协会的成员”称号。

珠海瑞吉酒店正式任命吴子齐(Alexsandar Vucic)先生为房务助理经理。Aleks来自克罗地亚，此次他将带领房务部团队负责酒店251间客房及套房、前台、铱瑞水疗和瑞吉运动俱乐部的运营及管理工作。
毕业于瑞士凯撒里兹酒店管理学院的Aleks来自克罗地亚，在中国生活、工作多年的他对中文已运用自如。Aleks先后任职于凯悦、柏悦、美高梅等多个国际酒店品牌，最多同时负责675间客房及套房的运营，管理281名正式员工与30名兼职员工，并及时回复并处理多个线上及线下平台的客人意见。工作中，Aleks严谨认真，总是以极高的标准要求自己和团队，同时他也擅于用自己独有的幽默感去平衡紧张的工作氛围。此次加入珠海瑞吉酒店，他将带领房务部团队以独具特色的瑞吉管家服务为宾客量身打造贴心实用的入住体验。
在工作中总是精力充沛的Aleks也是一位热爱足球的运动好手，他十分享受在球场上肆意奔跑的自由与挥洒汗水的酣畅。步入而立之年的Aleks已经是一位体贴的丈夫和慈爱的父亲，幸福的家庭是他的坚实后盾。
