Recently, Evergrande Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Zhou as the Brand Director, taking responsibilities of the brand management of the group.Mr. Zhou graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Sun Yat-sen University. Experienced and innovative, William has served in Starwood and Wyndham hotels, and took his positions in Rooms Division Director and Resident Manager. The Sheraton Tianjin Binhai Hotel has appointed Mr. Wu Hao (Hill) as the Director of Rooms. He will have overall management responsibility of the operation and management of the Rooms Department, including front desk, housekeeping, Spa and gym.
Mr. Hill started his career in 2000, his hospitality career spans around 15 years throughout various Chinese cities and international brands, including Sheraton, Wanda and Marriott Hotels. He most recently served as Asst. Director of Rooms at the Sheraton Chongqing Hotel from 2017, where he delivered a successful performance of guest service experience as well as operation of Rooms department.
The extensive experience in the Front Office and Housekeeping has given Mr. Hill the expertise and leadership depth to head up Sheraton Tianjin Binhai’s overall guest experience.
12、上海浦东四季酒店任命餐饮总监——Gil Maia Santos先生
近日，上海浦东四季酒店宣布任命Gil Maia Santos为酒店餐饮总监。
Gil在里斯本的埃斯托利尔高等学院取得了酒店管理学士学位后，来到深圳香格里拉酒店担任餐饮部管理培训生，从此开启了他的酒店职业生涯。之后，他辗转于世界各地，先后任职于西非，澳门，曼谷等地的奢华酒店，积累了丰富的餐饮运营与管理经验。Gil 于2016年再次回到澳门并加入了四季大家庭，担任餐饮副总监。
