近日，万豪国际荣幸地宣布罗捷思先生(Andrew C. Rogers)出任区域副总裁及北京丽思卡尔顿酒店总经理。除了掌管北京丽思卡尔顿酒店之外，罗捷思先生还兼管万豪国际中国北区的奢华品牌酒店。
罗捷思先生于1990年加入万豪国际，1999年加入丽思卡尔顿酒店集团，担任牙买加玫瑰厅丽思卡尔顿酒店高尔夫营运总监一职。2012年担任广州富力丽思卡尔顿酒店总经理，其间被推选为广州酒店协会执行主席，作为企业领袖代表超过300家酒店，分别于2013年及2014年被中国饭店金马奖评选为最佳外籍总经理，荣膺广州首度获得福布斯旅游指南五星奖项的酒店。2015年出任丽思卡尔顿酒店集团区域副总裁及北京金融街丽思卡尔顿酒店总经理，同年获得由中国酒店人奖颁发的“年度总经理”奖项，酒店两度摘得五星荣誉。

Recently,Marriott International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrew C. Rogers as the Multi-Property Vice President and General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing. Mr. Rogers will oversee The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing as well as portfolio of luxury hotels for Marriott International in North China.
Mr. Rogers joined Marriott International in 1990, his career started with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Director of Golf Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica in 1999. With the proven success, Mr. Rogers started his career journey in China as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou & The Ritz-Carlton Executive Residences Guangzhou in 2012. As a highly visible and well respected business leader in the community, Mr. Rogers was elected as Executive Chairman for The Guangzhou Hotel Association, which represents over 300 hotels in Guangzhou. He has been recognized as The Best Foreign General Manager, China Hotel Golden Horse Award in 2013 and 2014. And hotel was honored with a prestigious Forbes Five-Star Award by Forbes Travel Guide for the first time in Guangzhou. Prior to his appointment in Beijing Central Place, Mr. Rogers has been the General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street, awarded as Best General Manager by Hotelier Award 2015 and also the hotel received the twice Five-Star award.
Mr. Rogers has more than twenty years hotel management experience in the industry, he is known for his expertise with hotel openings, leadership development and financial management.
2.厦门佰翔酒店集团任命集团副总经理——李赤卫先生
近日，厦门佰翔酒店集团宣布现任厦门佰翔五通酒店总经理、厦门佰翔会展中心董事长李赤卫先生将同时兼任厦门佰翔酒店集团副总经理。
李赤卫先生拥有二十三年酒店行业经验，他先后在世纪金源、温德姆等国内外知名连锁品牌酒店担任要职，在开业筹备、酒店运营管理、人力资源管理等方面，皆具有丰富的管理经验。在担任厦门佰翔五通酒店总经理之前，李赤卫先生曾担任厦门佰翔软件园酒店总经理一职。在担任佰翔软件园酒店总经理四年任期期间，酒店行业受到八项规定政策的影响，然而佰翔软件园酒店却能做到逆势上扬，业绩连续四年增长，酒店营业收入增幅达21.88%。
李赤卫先生在管理上精益求精，围绕“在客户中有口碑，在业界内有声音”的经营理念，打造“招牌产品”，提升客户体验，广开创收渠道。同时，李赤卫先生也十分注重构建酒店人才发展体系，为佰翔酒店集团其他成员酒店共输送了多名经营层干部、优秀管理人才及员工。
吉合睦酒店管理有限公司 (GHM) 近日任命赵玮先生为集团中国区市场营销总监，负责管理其旗下酒店在中国区域市场的拓展营销工作。
在加入吉合睦酒店集团之前，赵玮先生曾任职丽江大研安缦酒店市场销售经理，并曾在国际知名生活方式杂志《Time Out Beijing》 任职市场经理，有着丰富的市场营销管理及活动策划经验。
履新后，赵玮先生必将把他对精品奢华酒店独到的见解以及其敏锐的市场洞察力应用于工作之中，积极开发中国区域市场。除了母语中文外，他掌握流利的英文，并曾在歌德中心学习德语。
General Hotel Management (GHM) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Elmer Zhao as Director of Sales & Marketing (China). Elmer joins GHM with an extensive sales and marketing background, as well as media events management experiences.
Elmer’s most recent appointment was that of Sales & Marketing Manager at the Amandayan in Lijiang and prior to that, he was Marketing Manager at a well-known lifestyle magazine ’Time Out Beijing’ where he headed the media group’s marketing efforts as well as their events planning team.
Elmer’s appointment comes at a critical juncture, and he will apply his own unique insights to the boutique luxury hotel and his keen market insight in developing the regional market in China. In May 2018, Mr. Shao Yong was appointed as General Manager of Sofitel Foshan. Mr. Shao brings about 30 years of experience, excellence and insights in hospitality management to this position and will oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury hotel under Accor Group’s flagship Sofitel Hotels & Resorts brand.
Mr. Shao launched his hospitality career in 1993 on graduating with a Hospitality Management degree in Macao Polytechnic Institute and held positions in many frontline departments such as F&B, Room Service and Sales, from which he accumulated a wealth of experience to develop his management talent.At the beginning of 2002, Mr. Shao joined Accor Group for the first time and held the position of Room Service Director at Jinan Sofitel Silver Plaza. After that, he worked in several cities across China including Changsha, Jinan and Hangzhou. In 2011, he rejoined Accor and served as Deputy General Manager at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich. He worked for the hotel under the umbrella of Wanda Hotels & Resorts Group for three years with a proven track record, honored awards and high recognition. Prior to his new role in Sofitel Foshan, Mr. Shao worked as Assistant to President of Group Libre Hospitality.

Eric’s story with Hilton traced back to Year 2000 when he joined the Hilton Hotel PJ, Kuala Lumpur as Management Trainee. After 16 years enriched experience spanning from Marriot Hotels to MHD, Eric took on the role as Operations Manager and then Director of Operations in the Hilton Sanqingshan Resort and move to Hilton Hefei in April 2018.
