1.广州柏悦酒店任命总经理——MARCO AVITABILE先生
广州柏悦酒店宣布任命Marco Avitabile先生为新任总经理，并于2018年11月1日到任。
Marco Avitabile先生来自意大利，从事酒店行业已超过三十年，先后就职于德国、法国、瑞士、英国、意大利、新加坡、泰国和中国的八个国家不同酒店集团。酒店业家庭背景出生的Marco，16岁便在德国当地享誉盛名的酒店工作学习，开启他的职业生涯。Marco Avitabile先生通过在多家著名的餐厅包括米其林三星餐厅，英国The Waterside Inn以及法国La Maison Troisgros的工作，充分展现了他对美食的热情和发挥着烹饪天赋。
为了延伸拓展美食烹饪的领域，Marco Avitabile先生于1995年加入香港君悦酒店，担任Grissini意大利餐厅厨师长；之后在凯悦酒店管理集团亚洲地区多家酒店任职，包括担任新加坡君悦酒店行政副总厨、曼谷君悦酒店和香港君悦酒店的行政总厨。随后，Marco Avitabile先生调动至凯悦酒店管理集团亚太区总部担任餐饮营运总监，继而提拔至区域副总裁，全面负责亚太区酒店的餐饮运营支持以及筹备期间的餐饮品牌定位。
Marco Avitabile先生将“本地化及可执行化”概念投身实践，推动凯悦酒店管理集团餐饮管理在行业中的领先地位；同时，他还全面负责凯悦酒店管理集团餐饮领域人才培训与发展，项目评估管理以及策略优化等工作。伴随九年多的酒店集团管理工作经验，Marco Avitabile先生于2017年10月来到中国内地，担任广州富力君悦大酒店总经理。
Park Hyatt Guangzhou announced today that Marco Avitabile has been appointed General Manager of the hotel and will lead the award-winning hotel from 1 November, 2018.
Originally from Italy, Marco Avitabile is a seasoned hotelier with more than 30 years’ experience working in eight countries including Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Singapore, Thailand and China. He was born into a family of hospitality business and started his career as a 16-year-old apprentice in one of Germany’s leading hotels. He sharpened his culinary skills in renowned establishments including three-Michelin-starred restaurants, The Waterside Inn in the UK and La Maison Troisgros in France.
In 1995, Mr. Marco Avitabile joined the Hyatt group as Restaurant Chef de Cuisine at Grissini restaurant in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Over the past 20 years, he has taken on various culinary and leadership positions within the group in Asia including Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Singapore and Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt hotels in Bangkok and Hong Kong.
He joined Hyatt Hotels & Resorts’ Asia Pacific regional office in Hong Kong as Director of Culinary Operations and was promoted to Regional Vice President Food & Beverage for Asia Pacific where he oversaw the pre-opening phase of food and beverage outlets at Hyatt hotels in the region, developing holistic concepts for each venue. He also supported food and beverage operations including talent development, performance management and strategic priorities across Hyatt hotels in the region. After his nine-year tenure in the corporate office, he moved to mainland China in October 2017 as the General Manager of Grand Hyatt Guangzhou.
近日，绿地酒店旅游集团正式任命戴伟强先生为绿地酒店旅游集团公寓管理部总经理，全面负责绿地系列公寓项目地开发、拓展和运营管理工作。
戴伟强先生在公寓管理业拥有25年的丰富资历，先后在仲量联行（JLL）和世邦魏理仕(CBRE)负责世界500强企业高管在中国大陆地区住宅租赁业务。之后赴英国求学获得MBA学位，回国后加入香港新鸿基地产，负责上海名仕苑和国金汇服务式公寓的开发和运营管理工作。在加入绿地酒店旅游集团之前，在中国运营规模最大的长租公寓管理商魔方生活集团负责项目前期开发和投拓工作。

3.上海世茂酒店管理有限公司任命销售及收益管理总监——张萌女士
近日，上海世茂酒店管理有限公司任命张萌女士为酒店公司销售及收益管理总监，全面负责世茂集团旗下所有委托管理酒店的市场营销战略管理、销售运营、市场推广及收益管理工作。
张萌女士拥有超过17年酒店行业工作经验，先后就职于洲际集团，希尔顿集团等各多个国际酒店。多年的职场历练，使得她积累了丰富的国际品牌酒店市场营销经验，特别在市场推广、收益管理，客源开拓，宴会销售等方面都有独特的见解，表现出了卓越的领导力。
张萌女士的加入，必将为上海世茂酒店管理公司注入全新的活力和创意。凭借丰富的酒店管理经验，对市场的精准把控和灵活的市场战略部署，她将带领市场销售团队更好地迎接机遇和挑战，取得更加突出的市场业绩。

凯悦集团现已任命Mr. Peter Hildebrand担任深圳柏悦酒店总经理。
1989年，Mr Peter Hildebrand加入凯悦大家庭，在昆士兰州希望岛上的神仙湾凯悦度假村担任前厅行政，随后以集团培训生的身份加入香港凯悦和香港君悦酒店。在香港凯悦酒店的四年时间里，Peter先后担任了市场发展经理和公司销售经理，之后被提升为珀斯凯悦酒店的业务发展总监。亚洲的魅力再次吸引了Peter，2001年，他加入上海君悦酒店，担任市场总监，之后晋升为中国内地及台湾地区市场总监。2006年，Peter加入上海外滩茂悦酒店担任行政助理经理，之后迅速被晋升为酒店经理。2010年，Peter在福建福州威斯汀酒店开启了他的总经理生涯之旅。随后他一直担任香港W酒店总经理。

With great pleasure, Mr Peter Hildebrand was announced as the General Manager of Park Hyatt Shenzhen Futian in October 2018.
Mr Peter Hildebrand joined the Hyatt family in 1989 as a Front Office Executive at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove on Queensland’s Hope Island, before moving to Asia as a Corporate Trainee for Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. After four years with Hyatt Regency Hong Kong as Marketing Development Manager then Corporate Sales Manager, Peter was promoted to Director of Business Development at Hyatt Regency Perth.The allure of Asia beckoned again and in 2001, he joined Grand Hyatt Shanghai as Director of Marketing before advancing to Regional Director of Marketing for China and Taiwan at Hyatt International. In 2006, Peter joined Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai as Executive Assistant Manager before being swiftly promoted to Hotel Manager. In 2010, Peter became General Manager for the first time at The Westin Fuzhou Minjiang in Fujian Province and prior to his new role was General Manager at W Hong Kong.

于健辉先生毕业于同济大学，拥有建筑学硕士学位。他拥有近15年的设计、房地产开发和管理经验，物业项目涉及五星级酒店，城市综合体，精品客栈及度假村等多种类型。他曾经深度参与亚太区第一家卓美亚酒店的设计管理、工程实施，加入绿地酒店旅游集团之前，任职于花间堂酒店及度假村的设计总监。

近日，万豪国际集团正式任命，张继东先生为合肥富力威斯汀酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营管理工作。
张继东先生拥有丰富的酒店从业及管理经验，2001年加入上海瑞吉红塔大酒店（现上海红塔豪华精选酒店），正式开启了他的职业生涯。2013年加入常州富力喜来登酒店后，更以其优秀的领导才能升任酒店总经理，并带领团队取得了诸多非凡业绩。

Marriott International announced the appointment of Don Zhang as the General Manager of The Westin Hefei Baohe, effective from 5th November 2018.
Don has solid experience in hospitality industry as well as management and operation. He started the career at The St. Regis Hotel, Shanghai (The Hongta Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel) in 2001. Prior to this position, he worked as General Manager of Sheraton Changzhou Xinbei Hotel, and led the team to achieve outstanding performance.

Recently,Wanda Hotels and Resorts have appointed Mr. Pippo Geng as General Manager of Wanda Realm Jining located in Jining Shandong, China as of October 31st 2018 and will be responsible for strategic planning and operational development of the hotel.
Mr. Geng has 23-years-experience in hospitality industry. He joined Wanda Hotels and Resorts in 2012 and had been working at Wanda Vista Yantai, Wanda Realm Beijing, and Wanda Vista Zhengzhou. Mr. Geng will lead Wanda Realm Jining to a new chapter with excellent quality relying on his professionalism, strong insight of the marketplace, and diligent work style.

Mandarin Oriental, Sanya has announced the appointment of Ivan Alvarez as Director of Culinary Operations and Food & Beverage at their luxury resort on Hainan Island, where he will be leading the colleagues of the culinary and food & beverage team.
A native of Canary Islands, Ivan inherits his passion and talent in cooking from his auntie and brings with him more than 16 years of culinary expertise gained from working in Michelin starred restaurants and five-star hotels worldwide. He began his career journey at the Michelin One-star Restaurant, Las Rejas in Spain. Most notably, Ivan was a part of the renowned Michelin Three-star Restaurant, El Bulli. In additions, with years of rich experience, he successively worked in Spain, France, U.K., Chile, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives and China that held various position with others famed international hotel groups. Ivan joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2015 as Executive Sous Chef of Mandarin Oriental, London and promoted to Executive Chef in 2016. Prior to joining at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, he was the Executive Chef of Mandarin Oriental, Santiago.

Davide Brescianini was born and raised in Brescia, a small town near Milan. That town in the north of Italy is famous for its Risotto & Cheese.Before joining Four Seasons, Davide has been working in the industry for over 17 years across many countries and through different F&B operations such as free standing restaurant, cruise ships and of course Hotel F&B operations.All combined built his character as a true F&B leader. Davide's career with Four Seasons started at the Regent Singapore as Restaurant Manager of its famous Basilico restaurant - also Singapore's favorites Sunday brunch destination.End of in 2016, he transferred to FS Jakarta as Assistant F&B Director he was also had great responsibility in the successful opening, of the Alto Restaurant and Nautilus Bar.
In his new role at Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, Davide’s experience will help guide and solidify the dining offering and continue to elevate the guest experience.

Park Hyatt Beijing appoints Martin Aw Yong as Executive Chef. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Aw Yong brings expertise refined from across the Asia Pacific region.
A native of Singapore, Chef Aw Yong began his culinary training and honed his skills in his home town. Before becoming a part of the Park Hyatt Beijing family, Chef Aw Yong was the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Qingdao since June 2017 and at Grand Hyatt Beijing as Executive Chef since 2006.In his new capacity, Chef Aw Yong will showcase his extensive knowledge of food preparation in all restaurants and bars in the hotel. He will direct the hotel’s overall culinary direction and production, as well as its food safety management system. He will formulate the menu concept every season and provide leadership to the hotel’s culinary operations team, including the outside catering team.
In addition to his rich experience, Chef Aw Yong has also received recognition internationally in culinary competitions in America, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and France. A few of his achievements in global events include World Gourmet Summit Executive of the Year 2003, Gold on Cold Display in Culinary Olympics, Ika Hoga Berlin, Gold in Cold Display and Silver in Hot Cooking of the 3rd Salon Culinaire Mondial in Basel.
