1、万豪国际集团任命万豪国际中国北区商务委员会主席——龙麦克先生

近日，万豪国际集团任命北京金茂万丽酒店总经理龙麦克先生（Mr. Michael Lunn）为万豪国际中国北区商务委员会主席。

万豪国际集团中国北区商务委员会覆盖万豪集团中国北区8个省份的18个城市58家酒店。下设天津分会，东北分会与山东分会。

龙麦克先生致力于酒店事业24年，现任北京金茂万丽酒店总经理。此前曾任武汉万丽酒店总经理，杭州JW万豪&杭州武林万怡酒店驻店经理。龙麦克先生在澳大利亚，文莱，马来西亚都留下了职业足迹，过往的经历为龙麦克先生收获了丰富的酒店餐饮管理经验与敏锐的商业洞察力。

Marriott International recently announced the appointment of Michael Lunn - the General Manager of Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel as Chairman of the Marriott North China Business Council. 

The Marriott North China Business Council is a large Business Council covering 58 hotels located in 18 cities across 8 North China Provinces. The Marriott North China Business Council is located in Beijing and is supported by sub-councils in Tianjin, Northeast China and Shandong.

Michael is currently the General Manager of Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel and brings with him 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His previous assignments include being General Manager of Renaissance Wuhan Hotel, Resident Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou and Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou. Througout his career, Michael worked in different countries including Australia, Brunei, Malaysia and China, which all add up to his extensive hotel Food & Beverage experience and strong business acumen.

2、丽笙酒店集团任命亚太区商务副总裁——韩轩逸先生

丽笙酒店集团近日任命韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）担任其亚太区商务副总裁。韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）将在位于新加坡的丽笙酒店集团区域总部办公室工作，同时亦成为丽笙酒店集团亚太区执行委员会成员。

韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）在荷兰和瑞典接受教育，之后在阿姆斯特丹AMS酒店集团开启了他的酒店职业生涯。他在酒店行业拥有丰富的经验和卓越的业绩表现，尤其擅长于营收管理。他曾担任巴黎Concord酒店和位于伦敦及新加坡的千禧国敦酒店集团区域总部的高级管理职位。

韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）于2008年加入洲际酒店集团（IHG），最初在迪拜担任中东及非洲地区的营收管理总监，随后接任大中华地区营收战略与运营支持高级总监，负责管理超过200家酒店。韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）的职业履历中还包括新加坡HotelBeds酒店和印度RateGain酒店。之后，他在迪拜加入温德姆酒店集团，并担任中东和非洲地区营收管理总监。加入丽笙酒店集团前，Hannes服务于越南一家领先的旅游和酒店集团VinGroup。

如今，韩轩逸（Hannes Bos）带着他18年的国际酒店行业经验加入了丽笙酒店集团。凭借在营收和项目管理、商务运营、销售和市场营销领域丰富而扎实的经验，他将为公司五年转型战略即“2022行动计划”的顺利达成发挥出重要作用。

3、深圳佳兆业万豪酒店任命总经理——张英杰先生

深圳佳兆业万豪酒店最近任命张英杰先生（Mr. Billy Zhang）为深圳佳兆业万豪酒店总经理。

张英杰先生获得法国索邦大学工商管理硕士学位，拥有近三十载的酒店管理经验，曾在北京和上海地区的万豪国际集团旗下多个知名酒店品牌任职，包括万豪、万豪行政公寓、万丽、万怡。在酒店运营管理、团队发展建设、销售策略制定、客户关系维护、潜在市场开发等方面成绩显著。

在本次屡新前，张英杰先生为北京万豪行政公寓总经理，凭借其丰富的酒店管理经验及独具魅力的领导风格，依照万豪集团的标准经营管理，并通过充分发挥品牌优势，优化营运利润。同时，张英杰先生作为万豪国际集团大中华北方区商委会主席，涵盖北京、天津、山东和东北地区58家酒店，积极带领北方区商委会推广企业文化并投身慈善事业，在各项区域活动中取得显著的成绩。在其任职期间，商务委员会荣获“万豪商务委员会2017年度企业文化杰出表现奖“，他本人亦获得大中华区“服务社会精神奖”。

Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay has appointed Billy Zhang as General Manager recently.

Mr. Billy Zhang graduated from University Paris 1 PANTNEON SORBONNE with the Master degree of Business Administration. He brings almost 30 years of hospitality industry expertise and experience across multiple well-known Marriott International brands in Beijing and Shanghai, such as Marriott, Marriott Executive Apartment, Renaissance and Courtyard by Marriott. He gets great success on hotel operation, team building, sales & marketing strategy formulation, guest relationship development and potential market expansion.

Before taking this current position, Mr. Zhang was General Manager of The Imperial Mansion Beijing Marriott Executive Apartment. With his extensive hotel management experience and unique and charming leadership style, he managed the hotel under the guidance of Marriott brand standard and achieved better profits which taking great advantage of brand. Meanwhile, as the Chair of North China Business Council, which covering 58 hotel properties in Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong & Northeast sub-councils, he has successfully made achievements on many initiatives related to Marriott’s culture and Yao Foundation charity. During his tenure, the Business Council received the “Marriott Business Council 2017 for Outstanding Performance in Culture” award under his leadership. He also received the “Spirit to Serve our Community” award for Greater China.

As the new General Manager of Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay, Mr. Zhang is responsible for hotel daily operations and management. We sincerely trust Mr. Billy Zhang will lead the team members to provide more and more international, modern and personalized hotel 

4、神农架皇冠假日酒店任命总经理——周海先生

洲际酒店集团近期任命周海先生为神农架皇冠假日酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的筹备开业工作。

周海先生拥有超过20年以上国际品牌酒店管理经验，他于1998年作为前厅部副经理加入武汉晴川假日酒店，开启其洲际酒店职业生涯，后来他在2001年加入了沈阳假日酒店和沈阳洲际酒店；另外，周海先生在武汉锦江国际酒店，在荆州万达嘉华、武汉万达瑞华、太原万达文华等多家万达酒店担任高管，从房务总监、酒店经理一直到总经理。2011年他重新回归洲际酒店集团，在襄阳皇冠假日酒店和宜昌皇冠假日酒店工作一直到2014年。加入神农架皇冠假日酒店之前，周海先生是武汉费尔蒙酒店的业主代表和副总经理。

此次周海先生加入神农架皇冠假日酒店，将凭借出色的领导力、追求卓越的激情以及丰富的酒店筹备开业经验，带领酒店团队再履新篇，迎接神农架皇冠假日酒店成功开业的辉煌。 

IHG is pleased to announce that Mr. Harry Zhou has been appointed as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Shennongjia recently.

With more than 20 years of international hotel management experience. Mr. Harry Zhou commenced his IHG hospitality career as Assistant Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Whuhan Riverside in 1998, afterwards he moved to Holiday Inn Shenyang and InterContinental Shenyang in 2001. In addition, he worked with Jinjiang International Hotel Wuhan and several Wanda Hotels such as Wanda Realm Jinzhou, Wanda Reign Wuhan and Wanda Vista Taiyaun, etc., as senior management from Director of Rooms, Hotel Manager to General Manager. Mr. Harry Zhou re-joined IHG in 2011 and has worked for Crowne Plaza Xiangyang and Crowne Plaza Yichang till 2014. Before this appointment, he was the Owner’s Representative and Deputy General Manager of Fairmont Wuhan.

5、青岛东方影都融创希尔顿逸林酒店任命总经理——陈吉明先生

近日，希尔顿集团宣布陈吉明先生出任青岛东方影都融创希尔顿逸林酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营管理和业务发展。

陈吉明先生于1991年开始了他的酒店生涯，曾在青岛香格里拉酒店、杭州雷迪森酒店、青岛皇冠假日酒店、呼和浩特香格里拉酒店、重庆希尔顿酒店、青岛希尔顿逸林酒店等多家酒店担任要职。凭借10多年的市场销售背景，他于2013年至2014年在宁德万达嘉华、武汉万达瑞华酒店担任行政助理经理。在重新加入希尔顿酒店之前，陈吉明先生自2014年6月起分别在荆州和东营担任万达嘉华酒店总经理。陈吉明先生将向希尔顿山东区域总经理刘浩然先生汇报。

Recently, Mr. Chen Jiming has been appointed to be the general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis. Mr. Chen Jiming is responsible for the operation management and business development of hotel.  

Mr. Chen Jiming，who is from Qingdao, has been working in the hospitality industry for over 28 years, since 1991. Mr. Chen has rich knowledge and experience in hospitality management. In his past career, Mr. Chen has worked in many key positions at Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao, Radisson Hotel Hangzhou, Crowne Plaza Qingdao, Shangri-La Hotel Hohhot, Hilton Chongqing, DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao.  With extensive working experience & background in Sales & Marketing, he has worked at the position of Administrative Assistant Manager at Wanda Realm Ningde and Wanda Reign Wuhan from 2013 to 2014. Before Mr. Chen Jiming rejoin Hilton, he has worked at the position of General Manager of Wanda Realm Jingzhou & Wanda Realm Dongying since June 2014. Mr. Chen Jiming will directly report to Mr. Liu Hao Ran who is the Area General Manager of Hilton Shandong.

近日，嵊州文枫华美达广场酒店任命徐康先生为总经理，全面负责酒店运营及管理工作。

徐康先生拥有超过13年万豪等国际品牌酒店的开业筹备及运营管理经验，履新前于杭州新天地万枫酒店等任职总经理。

7、珠海仁恒洲际酒店任命行政助理经理——陈璇女士

珠海仁恒洲际酒店日前正式任命陈璇女士为行政助理经理，她将协助总经理管理酒店的运营工作，整合各项资源、强化产品和服务，进一步提升酒店的盈利和产品知名度。

毕业瑞士格里昂酒店管理学院酒店管理专业研究生，陈璇女士于2005年进入酒店业，至今已有14年的从业经历，有着成熟而独到的行业见解和经验。自2010年入洲际酒店集团，先后服务于皇冠假日、洲际、华邑等知名品牌并担任管理要职。多年的从业经验铸就陈璇女士重视员工凝聚力，以盈利为驱动，以专业服务为导向，锐意求新高效行动的工作风格。在以往餐饮运营和管理的过程中，她善于潜入多渠道推行产品，引领团队发掘同行业鲜有的创意理念，在执行与合作过程中享受灵感与互动的碰撞。

8、长沙梅溪湖金茂豪华精选酒店任命酒店经理——胡安先生

近日，万豪国际集团宣布胡安先生（Andy Hu）晋升为长沙梅溪湖金茂豪华精选酒店酒店经理,协助总经理全面负责酒店的整体运营及战略发展。

胡安先生出生于长沙，他于24年前开启酒店职业生涯之旅，2006年7月胡安先生以销售总监一职加入长沙运达喜来登酒店，开启了他的万豪之旅。2014年7月，胡安先生内部调转至武汉威斯汀酒店担任市场销售部总监，并于2016年3月调至长沙梅溪湖金茂豪华精选酒店，成为筹备开业的一员。作为酒店开拓团队成员，胡安先生充分利用自己的市场资源，带领销售团队成功完成筹备期、2017年和2018年的收入目标。胡安先生于2017年7月晋升为行政助理经理兼市场销售部总监，于2018年带领运营团队在考核指标方面取得了显著的成功，宾客心声达到73%，猫头鹰网排名第一以及净利润达到17.18%。

Recently, Marriott International announced the appointment of Andy Hu as Hotel Manager in Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha.

A native of Changsha, Hunan Province, Andy started his career in the hospitality industry 24 years ago at Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel as Front Desk Receptionist. His journey with Marriott International started when joined Sheraton Changsha in July 2006 as Director of Sales. In July 2014, Andy had an internal transferred to The Westin Wuhan as Director of Sales & Marketing, and was transferred back to Changsha to spearhead the Sales & Marketing team at Meixi Lake Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha as one of hotel pre-opening team in March 2016. As a pioneer team member, Andy has utilized his market resources, leading sales team accomplished success pre-opening, revenue target of 2017 and 2018, he then got promoted to EAM i/c S&M in July 2017 and leading the operation team achieved remarkable success in key KPI Goals in Guests Voice (73%) and TripAdvisor at Ranking No.1 and NOP at 17.18% in 2018.

We are confident Andy will use his outstanding capability to lead the operation team to a successful level at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha.

9、厦门万丽度假酒店任命市场销售总监——胡江林先生

近日，厦门万丽度假酒店正式任命胡江林先生（Mr. Kevin Hu）担任市场销售总监一职，他将全面负责酒店市场销售工作。

胡江林先生自2007年起，开始从事酒店工作，拥有丰富的酒店管理经验，曾任职于洲际酒店集团、凯悦酒店集团、希尔顿酒店国际集团。2017年正式加入万豪国际，担任中国-凉都六盘水福朋喜来登酒店市场销售总监职位。

胡江林先生深谙市场营销之道，对酒店市场战略有着独到的见解，他将凭借其丰富的销售经验和卓越的领导才能，带领团队全面贯彻执行酒店的营销和销售战略，让厦门万丽度假酒店在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。

10、西安丽思卡尔顿酒店任命行政总厨——彭智斌先生

近日，西安丽思卡尔顿酒店任命彭智斌(Matthew Piercy)先生为西安丽思卡尔顿酒店行政总厨。彭智斌先生加入西安丽思卡尔顿酒店以来，以卓越的领导才能与精益求精的匠心精神带领整个厨房团队为每一位尊贵的宾客打造创新的美食体验。

彭智斌先生来自枫叶之国加拿大，拥有超过16年丰富的从业经历。他分别在迪拜、南非、沙特阿拉伯、埃及和匈牙利等国家工作过，多元化的国际工作经历为其职业生涯奠定了宝贵的基础。彭智斌先生于2013年加入丽思卡尔顿酒店集团，在2013年至2015年期间担任利雅得丽思卡尔顿酒店的行政副总厨；2015年至2017年期间分别担任开罗尼罗河丽思卡尔顿酒店及布达佩斯丽思卡尔顿酒店的行政总厨。
