郭姿，前海项目副总经理兼深圳康莱德酒店业主代表，郭姿女士拥有丰富的酒店筹建筹备和运营管理经验，在十多年的酒店职业生涯中，分别在喜来登、香格里拉、索菲特等酒店任职，也曾在业主方酒店管理公司保利地产旗下保利酒店管理公司工作，对于酒店项目的筹建和筹备以及后期的运营管理和运营战略有着成熟而独到的见解。
郭姿女士毕业于香港理工大学酒店管理硕士，作为酒店业主代表，始终认为协调和处理好业主公司和酒店管理公司在筹建、筹备和运营中的各项事务，实现资产的增值和保值，将高度的专业性和责任感倾注于工作的每一天。
Ms. Grace Guo, Project Deputy General Manager of HOROY HOLDINGS LTD and Owner's Representative of Conrad Hotel Shenzhen.Grace has extensive experience in hotel operations, and has worked for Sheraton, Shangri-La, Sofitel and other hotels during her more than 17 years of hotel career, as well as poly Hotel Management, a subsidiary of Poly Commercial Real Estate, the owner's hotel management company.  There is a proven and unique perspective experience on the construction, pre-opening and operation skills of hotel. 
Grace has master degree in hotel and tourism management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.She always believed that coordinated and handled the various matters in pre-construction and pre-opening of the owners' companies and hotel management companies, realized the value-added and preservation of assets, and devoted a high degree of professionalism and responsibility to the work every day.

2、成都天府福朋喜来登酒店任命总经理——邹锐先生

近日，天府福朋喜来登酒店总经理邹锐先生正式到任，全面负责酒店筹备建设、筹备开业及酒店运营发展。邹锐先生开启酒店生涯至今已逾26载，曾担任国际、国内酒店管理集团旗下的多家品牌酒店高管，领导过多家国际酒店的品牌引进、商务谈判、技术筹建、筹备开业、运营管理等全过程工作，与主流国际酒店管理集团保持着密切和友好的联系。

Recently, Mr. Jay Zou, General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton, Chengdu Tianfu, was officially appointed to take full charge of the hotel's preparatory construction, preparatory opening and hotel operation and development. Mr. Zou has more than 26 years of hospitality industry, has served as the international and domestic hotel management group, several brand hotel executives, led too much international hotel brand introduction, business negotiation, technical preparation, preparations for the opening and operation management of the whole process of work, with the mainstream international hotel management group maintained close and friendly contact.
Mr. Zou is well versed in the development law and trend of tourism and hotel industry, and has keen business insight. He is familiar with the product planning, market positioning and operation mechanism of international hotel group's mainstream brands, and has unique views on the reform and transcendence of boutique hotels compared with traditional hotels. His outstanding strategic leadership, innate passion and perseverance have created his calm strategy and constant pursuit of breakthrough work style.

3、洲际酒店集团任命黑龙滩长岛天堂洲际酒店群总经理——刘扬女士

近日，洲际酒店集团任命刘扬女士为黑龙滩长岛天堂洲际酒店及黑龙滩长岛英迪格酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的各项运营工作。

刘扬女士拥有超过25年资深国际品牌酒店管理经验，曾就职于多家知名酒店的总经理，包括成都世纪城假日酒店、九寨天堂洲际大饭店及九寨天堂甲蕃假日酒店、世纪城天堂洲际大饭店和常州香格里拉酒店等。

她是一位拥有丰富国际品牌酒店运营背景，且勇于变革的职业酒店经理人。刘扬女士将保持她对酒店行业的热忱，运用专业知识以及丰富的酒店运营及管理经验，带领她的团队迈向新的高峰，为黑龙滩长岛天堂洲际酒店及黑龙滩长岛英迪格酒店创造更辉煌的业绩。

InterContinental Hotel Group has appointed Ms. Liu as General Manager of InterContinental Hotel Lake and Hotel Indigo Heilong Lake to fully in charge of hotel management and operations.

Ms. Liu has more than 25 years international hotel management experience. She has enriched her experience by working as General Manager for Holiday Inn Chengdu Century City, InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise & Holiday Inn Jiuzhai Jarpo Complex , InterContinental Century City Chengdu and Shangri-La Changzhou etc. 

Ms. Liu is a professional hotel manager who has a rich international brand hotel operation background and has the embrace to change. With her passion, professional knowledge and rich experience in hotel management, Ms. Liu will definitely lead her team to a higher level of success and create a brilliant achievement for InterContinental Heilong Lake and Hotel Indigo Heilong Lake. 

4、台州希尔顿酒店任命酒店总经理——潘红强先生

近日，希尔顿集团任命潘红强先生担任台州希尔顿酒店总经理。在此次重回希尔顿之前，他曾相继担任上海新虹桥希尔顿花园酒店及苏州合景万怡酒店总经理，以及万达酒店及度假村万达美华品牌运营总经理。
2001年，潘红强先生正式开启了他的酒店职业生涯，先后在雅高、洲际、世茂及万豪等多个知名酒店管理集团中担任酒店总经理。作为资深的酒店管理人，潘红强先生拥有逾18年酒店运营及管理经验，不断带领团队创造佳绩，在业内享有美好的声誉。
此次履新，潘红强先生将以他丰富的经验、卓越的管理理念以及对希尔顿的无比热情，领导酒店全体员工共同努力，继续将台州希尔顿酒店打造成为台州独树一帜、备受青睐的酒店。
Mr. David Pan has lately been appointed General Manager of Hilton Taizhou. Before his rejoining Hilton family from Wanda Hotels and Resorts as Operation General Manager, he used to be the General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao and Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou Mudu.
A veteran in hospitality industry, David’s career began from year 2001. He has worked as General Manager for several international hotel chains around China, such as Accor, IHG, Shimao and Marriott etc.
David’s over 18-year’s hospitality experiences are mostly immersed in operation. He has built up a good reputation in the industry and has been a good leader to guide his team to achieve the targets.
David’s extensive experience, outstanding management skills and passion for Hilton will be essential for his new role in Taizhou. We believe that through his leadership, the whole hotel team will consistently position Hilton Taizhou as a landmark for excellence in the city.

5、万豪国际集团任命烟台鑫广万豪酒店总经理——沈胚明先生

近日，万豪国际集团正式任命沈胚明先生为烟台鑫广万豪酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营及管理工作。

沈胚明先生在加拿大渥太华万豪酒店餐饮部开始了他的酒店职业生涯，后在香港 JW 万豪酒店的前厅部工作，并在其他国际品牌酒店任职于销售部。2000 年回到美国，并于 2006 年在美国旧金山渔人码头喜来登酒店担任房务总监，2008 年回到中国，先后就职于艾美、温德姆酒店集团、豪生、香格里拉、日航等多个国际酒店品牌与集团，担任重要管理职位，足迹遍布亚洲、北美洲等多个国家，积累了丰富的运营技能。

沈胚明先生谙熟万豪品牌的待客之道，有着丰富的酒店运营经验，敏锐的市场洞察力，敢于探索的精神，他将带领烟台鑫广万豪酒店的每一位员工让更多的客人旅获自在。

6、兰州皇冠假日酒店任命酒店总经理——郝冬女士

兰州皇冠假日酒店正式任命郝冬女士为酒店总经理，她将全面负责酒店营运与管理工作。郝冬女士毕业于瑞士格里昂酒店管理学院，拥有旅游管理专业硕士学历。她拥有23年国际高端品牌酒店筹开、运营及管理经验，曾先后在凯悦、香格里拉、洲际酒店集团等多家国际知名酒店集团在中国多个城市的酒店任职，拥有扎实的酒店管理经验和运营背景。

Crowne Plaza Lanzhou has announced the appointment of Ms. Alice Hao as General Manager of the hotel. She will be fully in charge of the management and operation of this landmark hotel in Gansu Province.Ms. Alice Hao graduated from Grion Hotel Management College, Switzerland and holds a post graduate diploma in hospitality. 7、海南清水湾假日度假酒店任命酒店总经理——吴志先生

近日，海南清水湾假日度假酒店正式宣布任命吴志先生为酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店的整体运营、绩效和战略方向等工作。

十余年的国际品牌酒店工作历炼使吴志先生积累了丰富的酒店运营、市场营销战略、收益管理及餐饮运作等方面的实践经验，同时他非常重视酒店的服务品质及人才发展。履新之前，吴志先生担任三亚湾假日度假酒店总经理一职，并在任职期间展示了卓越的领导能力，他带领其团队成功筹备开业并帮助酒店在业界树立了优质的口碑。

Recently, Mr. Philip Wu has been appointed as General Manager of Holiday Inn Resort Hainan ClearWater Bay. 

Mr. Philip Wu is an experienced hotel management professional in Sanya, having worked for many famous brands hotels. He spent most of his career in Sales and Marketing which bring him a strong background at this field. He is very familiar with Hainan market, thus has rich experience in marketing and revenue generation. His latest role was as General Manager of Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Bay, in which he helped with the pre-opening of this hotel since 2017.

8、烟台鑫广万豪酒店任命市场销售总监——姜芳芳女士

近日，万豪国际集团正式任命姜芳芳女士为烟台鑫广万豪酒店市场销售总监，全面负责营销战略、酒店销售、市场开发等工作。

姜芳芳女士，于 2009 年加入喜达屋酒店管理集团，现万豪国际集团，她从事酒店行业 10 年，有着丰富的国际品牌酒店管理经验，其中 9 年先后任职于三亚亚龙湾喜来登酒店及海口喜来登酒店市场销售部，担任过市场传讯及销售不同岗位，积累了丰富的营销及销售的工作经验。

姜芳芳女士凭借着丰富的专业知识，以及开阔的视野，曾带领团队屡获佳绩。姜芳芳女士的到来，将为烟台鑫广万豪酒店的市场销售部工作开拓更广阔的市场，创造佳绩。

9、安徽高速玛丽蒂姆酒店任命餐饮总监——张一栋先生

张一栋先生，具有非常扎实的酒店管理知识及十五年国际酒店集团餐饮运营管理经验。他相继服务于雅高、洲际、希尔顿、万豪、凯悦、泛太平洋、凯宾斯基、万达等国际酒店集团旗下的多家知名酒店。履新前，他曾于泉州泰禾洲际酒店担任餐饮总监一职。  

履新后，作为餐饮总监，张一栋先生将掌管安徽高速玛丽蒂姆酒店所有餐厅、酒吧及宴会运营事务。凭借丰富的酒店管理经验，他将带领酒店餐饮团队为宾客们呈献难忘的食享体验，全面提升宾客满意度。

Mr. Johnson Zhang possesses rich hotel management knowledge and over 15 years’ experience in the food & beverage department of many hotels under well-known international hotel brands such as Accor, InterContinental, Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Pan Pacific, Kempinski and Wanda. Before joining, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Quanzhou. 

After joining, Johnson will be responsible for the management of all restaurants, bars and banquet at Maritim Hotel Hefei. With his extensive experience, he will lead the whole food & beverage service team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests and ensure an enhanced guest satisfaction.
