Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Build a bridge between financial analysis and business department

2. Develop financial analysis to address and mitigate financial risks thru P&L analysis

3. Develop and build annual business plan and short term forecasting

4. Collaborate with leaders to monitor execution of new business solution

5. Conduct regular financial closing analysis between budget/forecast and actual data 


Job Requirement

1. 3-8 years financial analysis experiences

2. Bachelor in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting, etc.

3. Familiar with financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and planning

4. Strategic, critical thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills

Sr. Manager of Indirect Category Management-IT

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for spend analysis, laying out category strategy, leading annual category bidding process, supplier performance management.  

2.Responsible for achieving the indirect goals: stable supply, cost savings, economics, quality, supplier rationalization, etc.  

3.Responsible for category strategy development while working with stakeholders to implement and deliver annual goals around working capital, cost-savings, and other KPIs. 

4.Lead category negotiations for business terms and develop contracts 

5.Collaborate with Legal on standard contracts/contract templates development and implementation 

6.Collaborate with international team to provide strong partnerships across global markets and core suppliers to maximize spending leverage while creating synergies and efficiency  

7.Leading China SRM programs with suppliers 

Support the organization's need for a diverse and regional and globally competitive supply base. 

8.Participate in the business planning processes, analyzing data to identify high priority / high return sourcing projects

营运培训经理-Xco项目(上海)

Job Responsibilities

1.了解项目目标及培训需求,参与建立和完善项目相关培训资料,确保培训课程和资料与项目目标及方向保持一致。    

2.根据项目目标及进度情况,开展授课工作。以有效的培训方式和培训技巧准确、专业地传授课程内容,提升营运同事工作表现,推动项目目标的达成。    

3.采用有效的手段和工具对培训效果进行跟进和评估,确保培训的投资回报。    

4.根据培训效果的反馈对培训资源及课程进行必要的更新,确保课程/资料更贴近项目及学员的需求。    

5.结合根据培训效果及学员反馈,为项目提供合理化建议,不断改进和提升项目执行效果。

6. 保持与营运、项目组及总部营运培训团队的协调与沟通,确保门店员工接受到的培训的一致性和有效性。

1.大学本科及以上学历    

2.3年以上培训相关工作经验,有零售行业培训经验者优先

产品运营经理-APP

Job Responsibilities

1.负责电商山姆会员店APP的产品运营工作,基于对用户、业务及产品的理解,制定实现业务目标的产品运营策略;
2.与公司各业务线及产品经理密切配合,收集业务需求,并推进落实具体产品执行计划,保证高效高质的产出;
3.制定产品运营策略,并协调公司内部各部门的业务、运营、营销及产品资源,负责运营项目的落地实现;
4.跟踪及分析产品数据,迅速发现产品设计优化的方向和问题,并与产品经理共同推动产品快速迭代优化。


Job Requirement

1.3年以上互联网产品运营经验,有C端电商从业经验者优先;
2.具备较强的产品运营策略规划能力,同时具有敏锐的用户洞察、创新意识与产品思维,有业务需求的产品抽象能力,目标导向思考;
3.具备较强的数据敏感性和数据分析能力、逻辑分析能力;
4.具备出色的沟通、资源协调和全盘把控能力,能主动与其它业务部门的合作方探讨合作方案,并推进团队高效合作,快速落实产品方案及运营方案。

There are 3 rotations within this 2-year program; each will be about 8 months in an assigned financial function. As a key member of each team, the candidate is expected to work closely with the team, understand the business operation, and develop financial analysis that will help drive business outcomes in order to make differences to the fast-changing and exciting business.
