特朗普：咱加征的关税由中国付 美国工商界：你错了！

虽然特朗普一直强调他加征的关税主要将由中国支付，美国消费者并不受影响。不过美国企业高管、经济学家并不这么认为。

美国商会发布针对250家企业的调查报告显示，四分之三的在华美企受到了高关税带来的消极影响。

Of the survey participants, 61.6% weremanufacturing-related, 25.5% were in the services sector, 3.8% were in retailand distribution and 9.6% came from other industries.

U.S. companies and consumers paid $3billion a month in additional taxes because of tariffs on Chinese goods and onaluminum and steel from around the globe, according to a study by the FederalReserve Bank of New York, Princeton University, and Columbia University.
