全球跨境电商创业创新大赛——方思思的“网红”之路 丨The road to “Influencer” of Faasino
10月25日，“扬帆起航”第二届全球跨境电商创业创新大赛颁奖典礼在杭州举行。本次大赛由中国（杭州）跨境电商综合试验区、杭州市出入境管理局、阿里巴巴全球速卖通、阿里巴巴国际站共同举办。大赛包含直播赛道和创业赛道两部分。共计来自120个国家的1600余人报名参赛。我校国际文化交流学院萨摩亚籍方思思荣获“十佳主播奖”。
On October 25, the award ceremony of the second Global Cross-border E-commerce Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition was held in Hangzhou. The competition was co-hosted by Hangzhou Exit and Entry Administration, AliExpress, Alibaba International Station and China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone. The competition included two segments: Livestreams and Startup. The international student from Samoa, Faasino, received an award of "TOP 10".
在“构建人类命运共同体”和“一带一路”倡议下，我校一直致力于培养高素质国际学生，重视国际学生实践能力和创新创业热情。对于此次比赛，我校鼓励国际学生积极参赛，配合赛方组织活动，我校荣获了“优秀组织奖”。
Under the initiative of “Building a community with shared future for mankind” and “The Belt and Road”, CCNU has been committed to cultivating high-quality international students, and paying a lot of attention to the ability of practice and the passion of start-up for international students . For this competition, CCNU encouraged international students to participate in, and actively cooperated with the host. Finally, CCNU won Excellent Organization Award.
方思思通过层层培训、认证和选拔，过五关斩六将，进入直播赛道决赛。通过跨境直播的方式，面向海外买家，帮助中国卖家进行品牌和产品的营销宣传达到扩大市场的效果。方思思凭借其条理清晰的头脑，灵活的应变能力以及出色的口才，最终以优异成绩斩获“十佳主播奖”。
Through many times training, certification and selection, Faasino entered the track of live broadcasting final. By means of cross-border livestreams, it can help Chinese sellers to promote their brands and products to expand the market for overseas buyers. With her clear mind, flexible adaptability and excellent eloquence, Faasino won the "TOP 10".
此次比赛不仅加深了国际学生对跨境电商经济模式的理解，提升了国际学生的实践能力，还增进了国际学生对中国国情的认知和知华友华爱华的情怀。
This competition not only deepened international students' understanding of the economic model of cross-border e-commerce, improved their practical ability, but also enhanced their cognition of China's national conditions and their feelings of knowing China and loving China.
走上领奖台的路，是由无数努力和不断尝试所铺出来的。能够在镜头前大方开口，能够用双语自如的介绍产品，成为一个新兴的“网红”，这背后的付出可想而知。让我们一起走进方思思的“网红”之路。
The way to the podium, is paved by countless efforts and continuous attempts. Fassino is able to use bilingual freely introduce products and became a new“Influencer”. The efforts behind the success can not be imagined.

How did you feel when you knew you enter the final? And how did you prepare for the competition ?

当我得知自己进入了决赛，我的第一反应是“真的吗?我吗?他们没有搞错吧?”我这么想是因为我从没想过我能进入前100名。其实，我并没有为总决赛做太多准备，我只是在现场尽量自如的展现自己。这次经历很有趣，也让我记忆深刻。
When I found out I made it to the finals, my first thought was "Really? Me? Are they confused?" I thought this because I never thought I would even make it into the Top 100. I didn't do much to prepare for the Finals, I just went live and acted as myself, it was fun and exciting.
你觉得你身上哪些闪光点，帮助你拿下了“十佳主播奖”？
In your view, what are the merits of you help you won the "TOP 10"?

很大程度上,我的个性在帮助了我。当你待人友善真诚时，别人是可以感受到的。我想我这一特点通过我的直播展示出来了，别人感受到了，并且认可我。
I think my personality pulled me through in a big way. It's always helps when you're genuinely friendly with other people. I think I showed that through my Livestreams and work place.
作为经常参加学校学院活动的积极分子，觉得这些活动对学习生活有哪些帮助，自己在参加各类活动后有哪些收获呢？
As an active participant in school and college activities, what do you think the benefits of these activities to my study and life? What have you gained after participating in various activities?

这不仅是我自己的收获，也是学校的成功。我喜欢参加一些增强我是“桂子山人”认同感的活动。这些成就不仅能有助于我的学习和职业生涯发展，也为未来的工作提供了机会。而且，参加活动能帮助我认识校外的新朋友，建立新的社交联系。
Not only is this a win for myself, but also for the school. I like to do activities that recognize CCNU, it's good to have these achievements on my educational record as well as a professional one. Such activities also open up opportunities in the future for work, I believe it's a great way to meet new people from outside of school and form connections.
可以分享一些语言学习的方法给其他学习者吗？
Can you share some language learning methods with other learners.

每个人的学习方法都是不一样的，对于我来说，我会不断地写下这一周的新单词，直到我记住它们。更开心是能找到中国朋友帮助我提高口语和语法。我觉得学习语言不要害羞，找一些可以用你正在学习的语言交流的朋友，这对语言学习帮助非常大。
Everyone's learning methods are different, for me I would continuously write the new words of the week until I memorized them. It was also great to find Chinese friends who helped improve my speaking skills and grammar. I encourage language learning students to not be shy and find friends whom you can communicate with in the language you are learning.
