About the Curriculum Developer Position

BitTiger is looking for a creative Curriculum Developer to join our core education team. You will work closely with our instructors, education team and core engineering team to continuously improve our course content and online learning platform to ensure BitTiger is providing a world-class learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Propose and define the scope of new BitTiger courses and programs

• Define and state the prerequisites for BitTiger learning standards

• Make recommendations to course schedule/timeline, course structure, and content

• Review content for technical accuracy

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, career advisors and marketers to create, maintain, and improve BitTiger's course content and learning experience

• Define, enhance, and deliver data-driven learning experiences

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin

• Knowledge of educational course design

• Passion for the education industry

• Professional or volunteer experience as a teacher/instructor

• Ability to simplify and explain complex topics

• Basic understanding of programming and database query languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)

• Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and/or statistics, probability, calculus, and linear algebra

• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages, including, but not limited to: JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Swift, or Go
