1、央行发布官方储备资产数据显示，7月，外汇储备32010.57亿美元，环比减少41.05亿美元。申万宏源表示，7月份汇兑损益部分外储上升了59亿美元，因此非汇兑损益部分外储下降实际上比数据看起来更多。结合6月份外汇占款下降和银行结售汇逆差来看，外部环境的动荡使人民币贬值预期逐渐升温，资本外流呈加速态势。

2、南方都市报消息，继农行、中信银行、宁波银行、天津银行等商业银行相继出现票据风险事件后，广发银行也陷入票据风险事件。该笔交易一共涉及98张票据，金额约9.3亿元。截至7月22日，广发银行已经收回约5.2亿元现金，但其余4亿元资金目前仍在继续追收中。

3、央广网消息，二维码支付的市场地位正在受到监管层的认可。中国支付清算协会最近下发了《条码支付业务规范》（征求意见稿），征求意见稿中明确指出，支付机构开展条码业务需要遵循安全标准。这是央行自2014年3月份叫停二维码支付之后，首次承认二维码支付地位。

4、海通证券荀玉根认为，6月以来国改再次提速，中央领导及巡视组频繁提及国企改革，央企试点全面铺开，地方国改频频发力。上海是地方国改领头羊，7月上海市领导强调掀起国改新高潮，亮点如国资运作平台、混改等。其他各地国改纷纷加速推进，如广东、江西、重庆、山东、安徽等。

5、中信证券认为，就现阶段A股而言，依旧坚守成长股的投资者反而没必要再进行大幅度的调仓，而先前已经调仓的投资者现在可以开始储备一些具备成长性的“进攻型弹药”。过于“拥挤”的防御在现阶段可能反而不如从容的进攻。

6、人民日报消息，农民不愿"农转非"背后，反映出新时期农民利益的多元需求。重视城镇化背后的多元诉求，要破除阻碍农村人口落户的制度性因素。城镇化是一个水到渠成的过程，不是速度越快越好。"农转非"背后的这些现实难题，是今后城镇化政策必须考虑的问题。

7、澎湃新闻消息，中国当前在运核电机组数达34台，仅次于美国、法国、俄罗斯，位列全球第四。此外，中国在建核电机组20台，是世界上核电发展最快的国家。从总装机容量看，截至7月，中国大陆核电总装机容量5500多万千瓦，同样位居世界第四。

9、路透社消息，英国央行副行长布罗德班特表示，他将支持今年再度降息，但排除动用新的银行融资计划来开后门引进负利率。在降息后英国央行仍有很多选项来刺激经济。
