1、证监会主席刘士余10日在上交所会员大会上表示，坚持守住不发生系统性风险的基本底线；始终坚持把保护投资者合法权益放在突出性地位，中国资本市场不太可能在短期内变成机构投资者为主体的市场；任何时候都要坚持服务实体经济的根本宗旨，坚决纠正脱实向虚自娱自乐等。

2、住建部表示，支持上海严厉打击房地产中介编造散布谣言的违法行为。今年以来，住建部部署开展了房地产中介专项整治活动，各地要按照统一部署要求，对房地产中介违法违规行为，加大查处力度，借鉴上海市做法，多部门共同行动，发现一起，查处一起，绝不姑息。

4、人民日报海外版消息，尽管最近两个月中国外汇储备再次出现下降，但这只是个别月份的正常波动。整体来看，今年以来外汇储备保持了有增有减的小幅波动，并处在相对合理、安全的区间内。未来，在中国经济良好基本面的支撑下，外汇储备将能够继续保持基本稳定。

5、大商所总经理王凤海认为，新常态下经济增速、增长方式都发生了变化，期货市场应对新常态做一些创新。生猪是一个活体，大商所从交割体系上做了创新，比如说交割可能会前置。在不远的将来，生猪期货经国务院批准就可以上市。

6、21世纪经济报道消息，上半年，随着钢价企稳和基建、房地产等下游需求回暖，近7成上市钢企净利同比大增。预计三季度上市钢企的整体盈利水平将比半年报数据更好看，或超出业内预期。尽管钢企盈利情况有所改善，但是整个行业进入长周期下行区间的趋势并未改变，中长期仍将面临产能过剩的挑战。

7、中国经营报消息，在诸多改革中，国资委面临的一个难题就是降低债务水平。国资委人士表示，近年来，中央企业负债规模持续加大。负债总额从2008年的4.3万亿元，上升到2015年的31.1万亿元，资产负债率从2008年的58.4%上升到2015年的66.2%。

8、21世纪经济报道消息，北京市房地产协会秘书长陈志表示，当前楼市是货币推升的，与土地供给无关，土地供给过剩而不是不足，基于这个判断，需求是避险性的比重大于居住。陈志称，他们近期会公布北京市土地供给情况来证明此观点。

10、法制日报消息，日前，财政部通报了五起通过专项检查发现的新能源车骗补典型案例。业内称，我国新能源汽车快速发展中也不可避免地出现了成长的“烦恼”。如为了骗补，个别企业打政策“擦边球”，虚假上传合格证，部分车辆未生产即上牌，进而申请补贴；部分整车企业全资或参股汽车租赁公司，通过“自产自销”的方式，获得国家和地方补贴。
