违反治安管理行为的，由公安机关依法给予处罚。违反刑法的，根据行为性质，依照刑法关于妨害传染病防治罪、以危险方法危害公共安全罪的相关规定定罪处罚。

外国人违反疫情防控措施，有关部门还可以要求其限期出境。
