2018 年第二届塞浦路斯中国文化节暨首届中国非物质文化遗产展，由塞浦路斯中国国际投资者协会、塞浦路斯大学孔子学院和利马索尔市政府主办，中国驻塞浦路斯大使馆和西安市归国华侨联合会协办， 在中国全聚德集团、中国北京同仁堂（集团）有限公司、西安演艺集团、景德镇市归国华侨联合会、深圳大学海洋艺术研究中心、塞浦路斯旅游组织、中塞国际文化传媒等单位的特别支持下，将于9月29日下午18：00 开始至10月1日晚21：00在塞浦路斯的经济商业中心利马索尔市市政花园和剧场隆重举办。
本次国际文化交流活动，将以展示中国特色文化和代表中国文化的国际知名品牌为主导，主要展示内容有：西安文化交流团大型专场文艺演出、全聚德中国美食、同仁堂传统中医药、景德镇中国瓷器、中国非物质文化遗产项目传承人的多类别展演、中国传统服饰及手工艺品展示，以及塞浦路斯中国艺术团、旅塞华人华侨和当地艺术团体丰富多彩的文艺表演。同期还将举办国家艺术基金支持的《海上丝绸之路两千年》美术作品欧洲五国•塞浦路斯站巡展。
“第二届塞浦路斯中国文化节”和“首届中国非物质文化遗产展”的成功举办，将助推“中国文化走出去”并扩大其影响力；是响应和践行习近平总书记对中国文化自信和文化复兴之路的倡导，调动和发挥海外华人华侨参与“一带一路”建设的积极性和“融通中外文 化”的特殊作用。借助中塞两国建交 47 年来非常友好的关系，凭借塞浦路斯独特的地缘优势，创建一个为中国文化和文化旅游产业进行国际化推广的交流合作平台，开启一个持续性传播中国悠久的人文历史和优秀文化的重要宣传窗口。通过这个平台和窗口，可以和“一带一 路”沿线的国家和人民，近距离的进行民心相通，文化相融的沟通与交流，成为促进中国与塞浦路斯及周边地区和国家，密切开展经贸合作关系的纽带，成为发展中国对外文化贸易的重要媒介，为促进更多更好的、能够代表中华文化特色的产业和具有较强竞争力的文化产品，能够由此地区顺利的进入国际市场，发挥其积极和有效的宣传及推动作用！

西安演艺节目简介
演出节目涵盖了歌舞、杂技、民乐演奏等传统艺术门类共14个节目，不仅有重现大唐盛世的宫廷乐舞《簪花仕女舞》、《霓裳羽衣舞》、《长袖舞》、《白纻舞》，具有异域风情的舞蹈《胡旋舞》，浓缩中国书法精髓的舞蹈《书韵》；还有体现丝绸之路繁荣景象的民乐合奏《丝路新语》、《和谐之音》，展现秦风秦韵的板胡独奏《秦腔牌子曲》，世界级非遗项目长安鼓乐具有代表性的打击乐《老虎磨牙》、《鸭子拌嘴》；同时还包括中国独有的杂技艺术抖空竹，糅合西方艺术与中国传统杂技的肩上芭蕾《天鹅湖》等一系列极具西安特色、包含多种艺术形式的文化演出。

《海上丝绸之路两千年》画展
本次展览以海上丝绸之路文化交流为契机，响应国家“一带一路”倡议，以绘画艺术为主要表现形式，讲述两千年历史进程中的中国海洋人文发展，通过海洋艺术让世界了解中国，要世界不仅知道中国有郑和下西洋，还有更多早在郑和之前的伟大的航海人物和航海事件，并展现当代艺术家对于现代中国海洋发展的理解和歌颂。这将是一次国家级的艺术集体发声，是通过艺术作品向世界讲述中国的海洋文化故事、重塑中国海洋文化形象的巡展。
《海上丝绸之路两千年》美术作品欧洲巡展是由深圳大学海洋艺术研究中心策划，由国家艺术基金支持，以海上丝绸之路文化交流为契机，响应国家“一带一路”倡议，以绘画艺术为主要表现形式，讲述中国海洋人文发展的展览。

濮凤娟，苏州镇湖人、研究员级高级工艺美术师，江苏省工艺美术大师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，全国技术能手，江苏省“333高层次人才，江苏省乡土人才”三带”能手，姑苏突出人才，海峡两岸中华非遗文流使者，获2018中华非物质文化贵产领军人物，苏州苏绣市级非物质文化遗产传承人。
代表作：一代伟人邓小平，国家副主席荣毅仁，航天英雄扬利伟、费俊龙、聂海胜，小巨人姚明，当代文学家巴金。

张春颖简介
张春颖，毕业于吉林省艺术学院，文庙博物馆文博研究馆员，吉林省工艺美术大师，吉林省宋氏民俗剪纸传承人，中华文化促进会剪纸艺术委员会副会长，吉林省民协剪纸艺委会会长。作品在全国剪纸大赛中获12次金奖，四次金剪刀作品奖。2004年全国剪纸邀请赛中荣获全国剪纸界十把“金剪刀”称号。代表作品有《鱼与莲》、《鸿运当头》、《关东女人》、《人参娃与棒槌鸟》、《东北大院的女人》、《满族福娃》、《北国江城锦绣图》《富贵吉祥》等。著有《大福娃》、《中国金剪刀剪纸精品选》、《看图学剪纸》等剪纸书籍。曾多次赴日本、新加坡、斯里兰卡、印度、香港、澳门、台湾等地进行文化交流和剪纸表演，设计开发的剪纸礼品、剪纸装饰品等已成为吉林省和吉林市委市政府的对外赠送礼品。
