Last Saturday (Jan 11), Hatsune unveiled
the second location of their upscale concept restaurant, Hakuro by
Hatsune. Coming on the heels of their wildly successful flagship
location, which opened last summer in the Financial Street Shopping
Center, the new branch, located in Block 8 by Chaoyang Park West Gate,
is committed to the same delectable California-style sushi rolls and
high-quality teppanyaki that has made the brand a Beijing household
favorite.
According to Hatsune’s marketing
director, Marlon Ma, “Hakuro — meaning “white dew” — represents the
purity and the quiet, but palpable potential that lies in the start of a
new day, a fresh beginning.”
Simply put, Hakuro is a place where you
can “Leave your stress at the door…and focus on what really matters —
the company of your dining companion(s) and the simple pleasures of good
quality food.”
When asked why they decided to open this new location, Ma told beijingkids that
whereas their Financial Street location attracts more of a lunch crowd
and folks who work around that area, the Block 8 location is a bit more
“hidden-ish” and has plenty more private rooms.
All in all, it’s the epitome of parental peace.
