With over 80 international schools in attendance, educational forums given by both parents and experts, activities for bourgeoning student entrepreneurs, and much much more, the Jingkids International School Expo (JISE) 2020 is something you can’t miss out on this coming October 24-25 at Beijing Renaissance Capital Hotel.
Amongst the schools that’ll be at this year’s JISE is Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB). Founded in 2006, CISB offers classes ranging from Montessori Nursery (18 months) to Grade 12 in two downtown campuses: the main Liangmaqiao Lu campus and the new Jianguomen Kindergarten. CISB is a three-program IB World School: Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme. Graduates obtain a Canadian (New Brunswick) High School Diploma and the opportunity to complete the full IB Diploma. The current 1,000+ student body represents over 55 nationalities, giving students a truly international environment to grow and develop.
What Make's CISB Unique?
“The international and connected community brings out the uniqueness of CISB. Every school has its own community, but the Bobcat family is truly the foundation of CISB. The community includes students, and for me, fellow classmates who come from all over the world, speak multiple different languages and carry hundreds of astounding stories with them.”
– CISB Grade 10 student Rita
“At CISB, children grow in a dynamic and robust community. They gain confidence through actively participating in various programs at school, which lead them to become responsible citizens and lifelong learners.”
– Clara Liao, parent of CISB student

“Over the years I have seen students discover the best version of themselves here at CISB. With a close and caring community of teachers, students carve out a path to their passion and purpose. CISBencourages the best part of you to shine, and to see that happen in so many areas of interest and fields and pursuits gives me a great feeling of pride in our community.”
