Dalida Turkovic has been in China since 1995, working in management training and consulting. While living in this ever-changing environment she’s gained deep insights about the pressures people face in their professional and personal worlds. In all her work, Turkovic is driven by a profound interest in what moves and motivates people. She believes big changes occur through small steps, whilst keeping the body and mind balanced.
As an executive coach, she has been helping her clients tap into the wisdom of emotions, such that they can becom more authentic, compassionate, and mindful leaders.
Turkovic is the founder of the Beijing Mindfulness Centre and BMC Academy, as well as the author of Mindfulness for Beginners, a book for mindful parenting, a Hakomi practitioner, Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, and a former TEDx speaker.

Regular qigong and meditation practice energize me daily.

My work and my practice remind me of my mission here on earth. My family reminds me to make sure I stay happy and healthy while I’m achieving that mission.

The hutongs and the diversity of the cultures in the city that interweaves the traditional and modern approach to life.
