What's There Left to do This May Holiday with the Kids?
It's another holiday where traveling isn’t the best option but Beijing still has a few family-friendly options such as staycations and day events, some even with an educational twist!
House of Knowledge Open Week
House of Knowledge will have its open week over the holiday. The German, English, and Chinese Regio Emilia school serves children from 18 months to 6 years old and your family is invited to join them to explore, play, and meet the staff and teachers any day from May 3rd to May 6th at 4 pm. Find out if this child-centric environment is the right fit for your child and family next year.
St. Regis Hotel Daycation
If you just would like a relaxing day in a beautiful environment and don’t want to spend the entire night, check out the St. Regis daycation option. The room is RMB 888 from 9am - 6pm but you get full access to their guest-only male and female hot springs, swimming pool, and gorgeous gardens as well as your choice of either the Monet afternoon tea or a 3-course room service meal. Options to upgrade and stay the night are also available.
