I came, I saw, I conquered

That's one of my favorite (and only) quotes that I know in Latin. I saw it printed in cursive and framed as a poster on the wall of a start-up company once, and learned that it was one of their mottos to inspire the team.

That got me thinking, now that students are back to school, about what inspirational words our kids might be exposed to in school - where they spend so much of their time! So we decided to look at the school mottos of some international schools in Beijing to learn what they are.

In no order of preference, test whether you know which schools the following mottos belong to:

"Holding forth truth, Inspiring Excellence, Sharpening character"
