A zoo in Sanya celebrated International Women's Day yesterday by having a group of "Tigresses" prowling around the park, showing off their claws.

According to CGTN, the fierce display was meant to "call for respect for women who are wild, independent and tough." While People's Daily said it was "a way for busy women to relieve pressure."

Either way, truly inspiring stuff. We just hope that the park also remembers to celebrate International Men's Day.
