FRIDAY

Shanghai Ballet: The Last Mission of Marco Polo @ Shanghai International Dance Center

The first original modern Ballet in China, Marco Polo: The Last Mission describes with the loan of classic ballet, those dangers and anecdotes that Marco Polo experienced on the way he escorted Princess Cogatra to Persia. The journey gives a picture of exotic cultures from several oriental countries such as ancient China, India and Persia, focusing on an exceedingly sentimental love story between the hero and the heroine. A great ballet with nobleness and elegance including various kinds of special dances like Snake Dance, Indian dance, Arabic dance, savage dance, combined with court dance, all can feast the eyes of audience.

Jauz China Tour @ Linx

Genre blending has always been a core tenant of Jauz - the project of 21 year old LA-based and Icon Collective graduate, Sam Vogel. Jauz has released addictive mid-tempo originals like "Feel the Volume" and remixes like "Hella Hoes" that have left both the festivals and clubs wanting more and garnered him support from industry heavyweights like Zedd, Skrillex, Diplo, Borgore, Destructo, Arty and others. His euphoric originals and viral remixes seamlessly weave in and out of several musical categories, staying true to his creed: "music has no boundaries."

SATURDAY

Yellow Claw @ Fusion

Dutch duo Yellow Claw are among the most diverse-sounding producers in the Top 100. As likely to turn their hand to hardstyle and moombahton as they are trap, hip-hop or big room house, it’s a way of working that's won them legions of fans aplenty and has resulted in yet another appearance on these hallowed pages. Although the present-day outfit consists solely of Jim Aasgier and Nizzle (ex-member MC Bizzey departed the group when he became a father in 2016), the guys are as relevant and as fresh-sounding as ever. They've enjoyed a prolific 2017 thus far too, with their second album, the exceptional 'Los Amsterdam', going down a treat among their many fans.
