Portman's Restaurant is making Sundays gastronomically great again with the return of its Sunday brunch buffet starting April 1, with a special guest chef in town this Easter.

Happening from 12pm to 3pm, executive sous chef Herwig and his culinary team will showcase an exclusive brunch menu with a delightful range of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts highlighting continental and pan-Asian inspirations. In addition, guests can enjoy beverage packages with unlimited Moët & Chandon champagne, crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks.
