Guy arrested for showing his penis to little girl in elevator

Elevator riders in Shanghai will be relieved to learn that police have arrested a man for showing his penis to a little girl in a lift last week.

On Tuesday afternoon, a surveillance camera inside the elevator of a Changning District residential building captured footage of a food delivery guy exposing himself to an 8-year-old girl.

In the footage, the guy is seen taking out his penis and showing it to the little girl. Each time that she tries to look away, the creep repositions himself in front of her eyes.

The following day, the building’s manager put up an announcement, calling for the tenant who had food delivered to their apartment between 3:50 and 4:00 pm on Tuesday to come forward, hoping that they will be able to help track down this pervert.

On Friday, Changning police announced that they had arrested a suspect on Thursday evening. The man, surnamed Hu, allegedly confessed and has been placed in detention.

Elevators are quickly becoming more dangerous to children than escalators.

Last month, inside of a residential elevator in Shanxi province, a man was caught on surveillance tape molesting and kissing a pair of young girls while blocking them from leaving the lift and escaping his clutches. This nightmare went on for more than a minute-and-a-half.
