Last Friday, a man was installing a signboard on a bridge in the Sichuan city of Suining. Unfortunately, when he jumped off from the bridge, he lost his footing and fell down the side of a hill, somehow ending up with a bamboo shaft stuck up his bum.
The man was unable to move from the spot and firefighters had to be called in to help. However, they were unable to determine how deep the bamboo had been shoved up the man’s anus, and so had to saw off the bamboo and rush him to the hospital as quickly as possible.
