Other specials includes French oyster, Atlantic lobster, Argentinian red prawn, prime Australian beef, Indian vegetarian dishes, and a selection of European cheese.

Overseeing the kitchen is executive chef Rick Bartram. He brings more than 20 years of experience at luxury hotels in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Born in England, Bartram graduated from London’s famed culinary academy at Westminster College and he's lauded for his Asian-inspired Californian cuisine using organic ingredients and creative techniques that bring food back to its simple roots.
