Authentic Korean cuisine is now just a few clicks away with VIA STELLE, a service bringing world-famous restaurant food to your homes and offices. They have teamed up with Min’s Kitchen, a famed Korean restaurant in Seoul, for a series of dishes that bring all the fun and flavor of Korean barbecue in a ‘just right for one-person’ meal. Here are some dishes:

Flame-grilled beef ribs with ssambap (Korean rice lettuce wrap), ¥78

Grilling adds a smoky flavor to the beef rib that’s been marinated with Min’s Kitchen’s signature sauce, and warm rice brings overall balance to this menu.

Flame-grilled pork belly over rice, ¥38

Pork belly, sliced thin and mixed with sauce, are charred for a clean and simple taste without being oily. The meat is soften with a pear-flavored soy sauce and topped with sweet, slightly spicy kimchi. It’s a simple, satisfying meal in a bowl you can enjoy at a reasonable price.

Heat up the rice bowl in the microwave for three to five minutes, and you’ll be able to enjoy it like it just came out from the kitchen.

About Min’s Kitchen

Min’s Kitchen is an upscale Korean restaurant in Seoul run by chefs Minji Kim and her husband Seungwon Lee. They cook Korean food that’s balanced for a modern palate, which has been recognized by renowned food guides both in Korea and from around the world.

Minji Kim and Seungwon Lee.

While studying music in Holland, chef Minji Kim often cooked Korean food using local ingredients and refined it with feedback from her friends. That experience led her to enter the world of cooking; now she visits local markets with chef Lee to get fresh ingredients and experiments with them.

For VIA STELLE, Kim has collaborated with their chefs to recreate the essence of modern Korean cuisine for Shanghai foodies. Besides these new items, there are more dishes from VIA STELLE you can order, from salads and rice dishes to fully-cooked meal kits. Enjoy something different every day a week.

Additionally, VIA STELLE has a recycling project that rewards customers for going green.
