蚌埠市稳恒者公益协会的前身为稳恒者爱心公益志愿者QQ群，筹备于2014年2月，经蚌埠市民政局批准，于2014年11月9日正式成立。

稳代表稳定，恒代表恒久，者代表一群爱心人，稳恒者的寓意就是一群稳定坚持，恒久公益事业的一群爱心人。

蚌埠市稳恒者公益协会是经政府批准，可以在蚌埠市区及怀远、固镇、五河三县范围内、组织开展扶老助残、助学济困、社区服务等各类公益活动的合法市级民间公益组织。

蚌埠市稳恒者公益协会积极提倡志愿者精神，鼓励大家“互相帮助、助人自助、无私奉献、不求回报”， 凭借自己的双手、头脑、知识、爱心开展各种志愿公益服务活动，无偿帮助那些处于困难和危机中的人们。协会同时通过开展 “带走1公斤”等类似微公益环保活动、“大爱无痕微心愿，助残爱心行”等助残爱心活动、提倡大家关注环保，关注公益。

协会通过开展各类公益活动，使大家通过参与志愿服务，参与公益活动，积极提高会员及志愿者的个人能力，使大家的能力得到提高，同时促进了社会的进步。而在公益活动中无处不体现着“进步”的精神，正是这一精神使人们甘心付出，追求社会和谐之境的实现。

An Introduction of the Bengbu WenHengZhe Charity Association

The Bengbu WenHengZhe Charity Association was originated from the WenHengZhe charity service QQ group. The association was arranged in Feb 2014, with the permission from the Bengbu Civil Affairs Bureau, the association was finally found on November 9th 2014. 

“Wen” means steady, “Heng” refers to constant, and “Zhe” represents the group of volunteers who are compassionate. Altogether, the message embedded in the name WenHengZhe is a group of compassionate people who are passionate about public services and who are willing to devote and persevere themselves in public services.

The Bengbu WenHengZhe Charity Association is permitted by the local government as a municipal legal charity organization for organizing and hosting events such as “offering help to the elderly and disabled”, “offering financial support to help poverty students in their studies”, and other community services within the city of Bengbu, Huaiyuan County, Guzhen County and Wuhe Country. 

The Bengbu WenHengZhe Charity Association highly advocates the “volunteer sprit”, it encourages people to “help each other, help others and help oneself, selfless dedication, and not asking for anything in return”. The association urge volunteers to make use of their own hands, mind, knowledge, and compassion to dive in different kinds of charity activities. And to help people who are suffering from their life crisis without asking for anything in return. In addition, the association has also organized micro-charity events such as “take away 1 kg”. Such pro-environment events inspire the public to pay a closer attention to charity issues that are related to our environment.

The Bengbu WenHengZhe Charity Association has improved the personal skills of the volunteers through organizing charity. Such enhancement will also contribute to retaining the harmony of the society.
