Yating在2018年6月加入英特尔成都,2020年荣获『经理卓越奖』。两年的时间,是什么让这个姑娘得到团队高度认可并获得这个奖项的呢?今天让我们对话Yating,听听她与我们分享她认为重要的三点。

加入公司后,我遇到的第一个挑战就是如何与团队16个伙伴建立信任。
1:1和Insights成了我破解难题的重要途径。提前了解每个人特点,对他们在工作中的成绩进行表扬,也会指出有待提高的地方和具体改善方法,让每个人都能感受到我的关心和重视。不定期和大家进行Insights对话,提前过一遍内容,及时发现Insights中不全面的地方。对于不清楚的点,重新学习了解,保证对话的顺畅性。
在工作中,我尽可能站在大家立场上去思考问题,这不仅增强了我们彼此之间的信任,也让我们能够更好地互相支持。

我在团队里推行了英语学习的项目。对于有英语能力提升需求和意愿的员工,会定期给他们布置英语作业,抽时间批改,提高他们英语写作和表达能力,养成英语阅读、写作的习惯。现在最让我感到开心的是,大家都在学习英语,学习起来也没有以前吃力了。
除了英语学习,我还在团队中推行了1带1学习小组,资深员工会和一个新员工配对,进行为期三个月的学习,最后在Insight 对话时进行成效总结。这不仅能体现学习者的学习能力和态度,也是对buddy能力的锻炼。

团队凝聚力是非常重要的。我一般在组织志愿者活动后会把经验传递给大家,鼓励他们来带队,增加团队的沟通和交流,增强团队凝聚力。Recognition的环节也是每次团队会议和团队建设中必不可少的,大家可以对帮助过自己或者他们认为值得表扬的同事提出称赞或感谢。这样主管和员工之间的沟通加强了,团队之间的凝聚力也加强了。
我爱我的团队,爱团队里的每一个人。帮助他们挖掘自己的潜能,在他们迷茫的时候引导方向,当他们做出实质性行动并取得一定成绩时,作为团队负责人,让我感觉非常有成就感。团队的每个人正在成长为自己希望的样子,我也要明确目标、跟踪进度、保持不断学习的热情,加上耐心,成为更好的我,和团队共同成长。

📝Process & Equipment Engineer
Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review product requirements and processing techniques applied in the manufacturing process.
Introduce new technology and qualify new equipment to achieve volume ramping target, comply and evaluate production data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
Conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
📝Facilities Engineer(Mechanical)
Owning mechanical systems (HVAC, fire protection, Oil Free Air, Vacuum etc.) and ensuring systems performance to meet the reliability/uptime goals through systematic problem solving and statistical validation.
Oversees mechanical systems related maintenance and operations. Owning the system related technical document development and update including specifications, SOPs etc. and deploy to facility operation team.
Oversees mechanical systems related design, reconfiguration/modifications to meet design criteria and ensure compliance to existing standards / specifications.
Involves in coordination with construction/design team in project execution.
Leads the mechanical systems functional testing & commissioning for all projects. Assists in the construction/installation supervision at field and conducts factory acceptance test. Owning system related project documents verification and acceptance.
Managing the system capacity and triggering the upgrade based on factory ramping plan.
📝Manufacturing Operation Manager
Set priorities for the team and get results through the people.
Responsible for developing technicians and managing their performance, supervising and monitoring the activities of technician team, and meeting safety, quality and delivery, equipment objectives…etc in a manufacturing area.
Work in shift pattern 7-7am/pm with day and night rotating shift.
