Requirements on submissions

Accept photography and short videos from the general public with the theme of the natural ecology, skyline, humanity and arts, street photography in business areas, sports and other themes along Shenzhen Bay.

Ways of submission

1. Press the QR code below and hold to download the registration form.

2. Send [HD Works + Registration Form] to: [e-mail]

3. The photographers upload their works on Sina Weibo, add the hashtag #我眼中的深圳湾畔# (ShenzhenBayInMyEyes) and @新浪深圳 (Sina Shenzhen) and @创新南山 (Innovation Nanshan) for extra exposure. 
Sending [HD works + Registration Form] to the designated email address ([e-mail]) is also required.

Requirements on the works

1. The submitted works should be positive, appealing and visually impressive with a clear theme and healthy content.

2. Photography submissions shall use JPG format and have a size of at least 3M; each participant is allowed to submit no more than 5 single photos, and a series (4 to 6 photos) will be considered as one piece.

3. Short videos shall use MOV/MP4/AVI format with a resolution of at least 1920×1080p and last no longer than 3 minutes.

4. Participants shall have the copyright of their submissions and their submissions shall be free of IP dispute, copied or reproduced content. The copyright, portrait right and all other potential liabilities arising from their submissions shall be borne by the participants themselves.
The sponsor reserves the right to use all works for non-profit publicity or exhibition and no extra fee will be paid for such use of any selected works.
