Investor Relations Assistant

*职位描述
1. Join the Investor Relations Team and report to the manager of the Department;

2. Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to the Department;

3. Assist in developing and maintaining media relationships;

4. Develop and monitor performance metrics for the IR function;

5. Assist in IR materials preparation such as annual report, road show material and etc.;

6. Assist in financial analysis, ratio analysis and peers/industries analysis;

7. Plan and execute investor events logistics and co-ordinations.

* 职位要求
1. Degree holder or above, major in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines;

2. At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in listed companies, financial institutions, investment banking and / or media/press

3. Strong presentation and communication skills;

4. Able to work under tight deadline;

5. Good PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;

6. Good command of English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage;

7. Proactive, energetic and outgoing.

1. Prepare the related information for marketing research and draft the cooperation proposal 

2. Assist in identifying and executing of primary research where appropriate

3. Implement and follow-up sales approaches

6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

1. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

2. At least 1-3 years’ experience in marketing with logistics experience is preferred

3. Good numerical and analytical as well as trend projection skill

4. Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability

* 职位描述
1. Perform daily Hotel RM controls and strategies across all channels and systems

2. Configure promotion setup in various systems including eChannels and OTAs

3. Provide analytical decision support through various analytics tools and provide regular reporting tasks for management reporting

4. Provide administrative support to product development communication & measurement reports

5. Conduct transient forecast using automated RMS

6. Manage RMS, PMS and other systems (OTAs) bookings and maintenance

* 职位要求
1. Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related disciplines

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience, background in Hospitality Industry, 

3. Resort Operations or other large scale operations is preferred

4. Hands on experience and knowledge in Hotel systems including RMS (e.g. IDeaS, Duetto or EzRMS), PMS (e.g. Opera) and various OTAs (e.g. SynXis). 
Proven ability to master large amount of raw data, perform sophisticated analysis and interpret business implications accordingly

5. Able to work in a flexible and fast-paced work environment. Proactive and confident self-starter

6. Strong understanding and attention to detail, with the ability to present and explain concisely to other Line of Business partners

7. Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Excel (Marco / Visual Basics) and Microsoft Word and Powerpoint and Database management tools (e.g. Business Objects / SQL)

8. Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills, including a proficiency in clear, concise and compelling written communication

9. Possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

* 职位描述
1. Act as a trusted business partner for assigned business units and departments to provide professional HR services on full spectrum of HR functions;

2. Manage recruitment process effectively from designing job description, job advertisement posting, resumes screening, interviewing, offer proposal and program evaluation plus other recruitment programs management;

3. Manage payroll process including the maintenance of payroll records, calculation of bonus payment / overtime payments, recording payroll changes, processing final / special payments, annual tax filing and benefit administration;

4. Participate and lead various annual activities such as performance appraisal, salary review and employee survey;

5. Drive HR projects and system enhancement from collecting user requirements, system rollout, implementation and UAT to facilitate operational efficiency and effectiveness;

6. Prepare and interpret HR analytics such as HR monthly report, staff database update, manpower planning, program effectiveness, etc;

7. Plan and arrange company-wide activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement;

8. Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.  Proactively look for new ways on improving current operations and bring value-added HR solutions to business.

* 职位要求
1. University degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;

2. 3+ years of solid experience in all-rounded HR functions and with exposure in retail industry a plus;

3. A team player who is mature, energetic, meticulous and result-oriented;

4. Creative, strong analytical and problem solving skills;  Capable of handling diverse responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment;

5. Pleasant, strong sense of accountability and passionate about people;

6. Excellent language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;

7. Strong interest in pursuing career in the home furnishing industry

8. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
