Investor Relations Assistant1. Join the Investor Relations Team and report to the manager of the Department;2. Hands on experience and knowledge in Hotel systems including RMS (e.g. IDeaS, Duetto or EzRMS), PMS (e.g. Opera) and various OTAs (e.g. SynXis). Proven ability to master large amount of raw data, perform sophisticated analysis and interpret business implications accordingly5. Able to work in a flexible and fast-paced work environment. Act as a trusted business partner for assigned business units and departments to provide professional HR services on full spectrum of HR functions;2. Plan and arrange company-wide activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement;8. Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures. University degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;2. 3+ years of solid experience in all-rounded HR functions and with exposure in retail industry a plus;3.
