Account Coordinator / Associate

1. To perform day-to-day account works which include press materials development, event and meeting coordination, media relations etc

2. To monitor and analyze media coverage and other relevant communications vehicles for clients and prepare reports.

3. To assist in the development of communications programs and new business pitches, for new and existing clients, as assigned. 

4. To act as a liaison between client, outside suppliers and, as appropriate other internal and external stakeholders. 

5. To support the organizations of various communications activities, including press conferences, analyst meetings, public engagement programs, etc. 

6. To apply knowledge of the full range of resources available throughout the company.

1. Degree holder in Journalism / Marketing / Communications with at least 1-2 years' experience in media, public relations or public affairs. 

2. Good language and writing skills, both in English and Chinese.

3. Knowledge of PR, social and industry landscape. 

4. Outgoing, confident, creative, able to articulate his/herself well, motivated to learn and embrace new challenges.

5. Able to develop communications ideas to engage media and influencers.

1. Work closely with the retail commercial team to provide HR strategy, organizational needs and to drive HR projects and people initiatives

2. Take charge of all HR activities including front line talent acquisition, employee relations, in compliance to HR-related legislation and policy execution

3. Assist HR Director to review store productivity, KPI indictors and operational efficiency, for brands under Inditex Group

4. Conduct store visit and field coaching on regular basis for the Regions to ensure the smooth retail operations

5. Work with internal HR partners on headcount planning, identify training needs and involved in performance evaluation

6. Coordinate and discuss with management team on talent management and succession planning

7. Prepare monthly management report for review

1. Degree holder

2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in HR generalist or Store Management, retail exposure is a definite advantage

3. Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines

4. Creative, Initiative and result-oriented

5. Strong communications and interpersonal skills

6. Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

7. Proficient PC skills in MS Office
